Structural and functional stability of college, university and industry integration in regional system of professional education is achieved through the creation of common educational-industrial space. The leading approach to the study of this problem is an integrative approach which allows predicting the transition of the integrated system "college-university-enterprise" on the qualitatively new level due to the agreed goals, tasks, functions, and actions of this system subjects, contributing to the implementation of forward-looking professional training of competitive specialists. The main functions of the development of the integrated educational-industrial complex "college-university-enterprise" in the article are indicated as follows: coordinating, prognostic, anticipatory, consolidating, corporate, sublimating. The article submissions represent a theoretical value to researchers concerned with integration issues, and also have practical significance for subjects of the integrated system of "education-production" in order to prepare specialists meeting the requirements of modern production.
The development of university students' professional core competencies today is one of the urgent problems in their humanitarian training. It is advisable to take into consideration the core competencies as a new unit of measurement in humanitarian education of a student -a future specialist, focusing on pedagogical conditions of their formation and results of learning process, which are considered not as the amount of learned knowledge, skills, but humanitarian ability to use this knowledge in different situations creatively. The study aim is to justify scientifically pedagogical conditions' structure and content of university students' professional core competences' formation in the process of their humanitarian training. The leading research method is the method of pedagogical conditions' complex modeling of university students' professional core competencies formation in their humanitarian training process. The article presents the theoretical and methodological bases of pedagogical conditions' complex designing of university students' professional core competencies' formation in the process of their humanitarian training: the concept of competence-based approach, declared in the FSES of HPE requirements (federal state educational standards of high professional education), as productive ideas of humanitarian training modernization; variable model of core professional competencies' development; the structure and content of scientific and methodological support. Article materials are designed for university teachers of humanitarian disciplines, educators, young scientists, postgraduates, students of the advanced training system and teaches' retraining. They can be profitable for specialists of enterprises' technical departments, undergraduates and University students, interested in research work.
The scientific novelty, relevance, and socio-economic impact of procurement and sales by consumer cooperatives lie in ensuring regional food security and increasing the efficiency of cooperative and household farms. Food security is the most important part of socio-economic policies in any country. It serves as an essential factor for increasing the quality of life and the standard of living. The Government of the Russian Federation developed several measures for implementing the Food Security Doctrine of the Russian Federation. Federal and regional authorities systematically evaluate and improve the food security of Russia, develop and implement new legal provisions. In this study, we described the operational and social mission of farming enterprises and households of Russia and its regions. Moreover, we outlined the development potential of cooperatives and their interaction with farming enterprises and households. We examined the mechanism of collaboration between several small-sized forms of enterprises and cooperatives in the formation of food resources in the modern economy. Additionally, we analyzed the efficiency of small agricultural enterprises in using rural resources and population for providing high-quality food products to the nation.
