Islamic Business Ethics: Concept and Implementation on Medium Small Enterprise. This study is aimed at determining how the concept and application of Islamic business ethics for small businesses (SMEs). The purpose of this study is to determine how the concept of Islamic business ethics and how its implementation for SMEs. Research conducted in the form of descriptive analysis. The results showed that Kampoeng Creative, Bazar Medina and SMEs in the environment of UIN Jakarta has implemented a business ethics of Islam, both by employers and employees. In conducting its business and activities, entrepreneurs have to understand and implement the principles or values based on Islam values acoming from the Qur’an and Hadith. Adanya covid-19 menyebabkan pemerintah megeluarkan kebijakan pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara daring. Dengan perubahan sistem pembelajaran secara mendadak menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi guru. Kemudian muncul permasalahan di kalangan para guru yaitu kurangnya kemampuan guru untuk menguasai dan memanfaatkan teknologi elektronik dan membuat media pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu akan dilaksanakan pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mempraktikkan materi pembuatan media pembelajaran dan media penilaian. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini berupa pelatihan yang diselenggarakan selama 8 kali pertemuan. Metode pelaksanaan dalam pelatihan ini adalah metode demonstrasi dan praktik. Setelah dilakukaan praktik tiap Hasil yang diperoleh adalah 26 guru sudah dapat mempraktikkan materi yang disampaikann dengan baik. Dengan demikian pelatihan ini sebaiknya dilanjutkan dengan materi yang lebih mendalam dan yang mengikuti kegiatan ini
E-governance has become increasingly important to deliver better public services, and increase public trust. With a specific focus on eprocurement and the issues of transparency and accountability this research investigates the role and barriers of information technology in enhancing information transparency and accountability to the public, using the actornetwork theory and notion of delegation approach. This research concludes that information technology was delegated to automate the procurement process to increase transparency, accountability and prevent fraud. However, barriers of eliteracy, lack of leadership, reluctance of implementation, and lack of infrastructure created obstacles to attain the goals. This infers that social and technical aspects are interrelated and empower each other to support the technology in enhancing information transparency and accountability. Enhanced collaborative approach between the developers and users in the application development and implementation should be taken on board to enhance e-procurement system implementation quality.
