Pudak is a typical Gresik food that has been developed by many MSMEs. Increasing business competition, requires Sari Kelapa as a Pudak producer to understand the characteristics and behavior of consumers. This study aims to explain the characteristics of Pudak consumers, analyze the influence of consumer behavior on purchasing decisions and determine the most dominant factor influencing food purchase decisions in Sari Kelapa stores. The analysis used are descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, classic assumptions, and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the characteristics of Pudak consumers in Sari Kelapa shops were mostly men, private workers, earning around Rp. 500,000-1,000,000, high school educated, aged 25-34 years and the majority are from Gresik. Simultaneously, cultural, personal, psychological and social factors have a dominant influence on consumer purchasing decisions.
Ecotourism KEE Kili-Kili beach, located in Trenggalek Regency, is rich in biodiversity and natural beauty. Valuation is needed to determine the use value or benefits of resources and the environment. Economic value of resources that offer natural beauty, in general, are non-market (does not have a market price) because they are public goods. This study aims to estimate the potential economic value of KEE ecotourism at Taman Kili-Kili beach, Trenggalek Regency. This study is a quantitative study with multiple linear regression analysis to determine the factors that influence the number of tourist visits. Meanwhile, to find out the economic value, the individual travel cost method (ITCM) is used. The results showed that only the motivation variable had a significant effect on the number of visits variable. The economic potential of ecotourism KEE at Taman Kili-Kili beach reaches Rp. 34,580,440,612/year. The magnitude of the value of the economic benefits of natural resources and the ecotourism environment of the Taman Kili-Kili KEE coast is expected by managers and related stakeholders to improve ecotourism management by adding tourist facilities and attractions to provide more satisfaction for visitors. In addition, the improvement of the access road to the location is very necessary in order to provide convenience and comfort in reaching the location.
Desa Dempo Barat adalah salah satu desa di Kabupaten Pamekasan yang merupakan daerah pengembangan sapi lokal Madura baik sapi sonok, sapi kerap maupun sapi potong. Pemeliharaan sapi potong Madura oleh peternak umumnya digunakan sebagai tabungan untuk kebutuhan hidup, biaya pendidikan atau modal usaha. Dalam rangka mengukur motivasi peternak sapi potong di Desa Dempo Barat maka dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat motivasi peternak dan faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi peternak dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan usaha peternakan sapi potong Madura di Desa Dempo Barat. Metode yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menganalisis tingkat motivasi peternak serta faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi peternak menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa sebagian besar tingkat motivasi peternak tergolong sedang dengan persentase 83,7%. Faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi peternak adalah lingkungan sosial peternak sedangkan faktor lain seperti usia, pendidikan, pengalaman serta jumlah sapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap motivasi peternak.
Madura cattle are a type of local Madura cattle based on the Decree of the Minister of Agriculture which is used as a form of germplasm conservation. Besides playing a role in contributing to the beef cattle population in Indonesia, Madura cattle can also play a role as a source of economic, social, and cultural resources for the people of West Waru Village. Madura cattle management is done traditionally by utilizing the resources in the village but has not been implemented optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine the profile, input, and output of Madura cattle farms in Waru Barat Village, as well as to create an integration model that occurs between the components of Madura cattle and other potential components. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with the Miles and Huberman model to describe the profile, input, and output of Madura cattle farms. The results showed: (1) the profile of Madura Cattle farms dominated by cattlemen with an age range of 30 to 64 years, with elementary school education, experience in raising livestock for 10 to 30 years, main occupation as a farmer, livestock business orientation as savings, has 1 to 2 cattle, and intensive maintenance; (2) inputs from Madura cattle include feed, drink, medicines, and labor; (3) the output of Madura cattle is manure; and (4) the integration model includes 3 main components, namely the human component, the plant component, and the cattle component.
