Abstract. Many companies require contributions from potential human resources and many of them are looking for prospective undergraduate graduates who have been confirmed to have work skills in the form of self-efficacy and good work readiness, especially human resource management graduates who know the knowledge to manage the goals of a company or organization can be achieved. This study aims to 1) To find out how the self-efficacy of the final students of the management Study Program class of 2018 at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Bandung. 2) To find out how the work readiness of the final students of the management study program class of 2018 at the Faculty of Economics and Business Unisba has. 3) To find out how the effect of self-efficacy on the work readiness of final year students of the management tudi program class of 2018 at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Bandung. The research method used is descriptive and verifiable analysis. Methods of collecting data obtained through interviews and questionnaires. The respondents in this study were 166 final management students of the class of 2018. Purposive sampling technique with slovin formula. The results of this study concluded that: 1) Self-efficacy in the final students of the management study program namely the results are "good" 2) The work readiness of the final students of the management study program are "high"3) The results of the study stated that there was a significant positive influence between self-efficacy on work readiness. Abtsrak. Banyak perusahaan yang membutuhkan kontribusi dari sumber daya manusia yang potensial dan banyak dari mereka yang mencari calon lulusan sarjana yang sudah dipastikan memiliki kulitas kerja berupa efikasi diri dan kesiapan kerja yang baik terutama para lulusan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang mengetahui ilmu untuk mengelola tujuan dari sebuah perusahaan atau organisasi dapat tercapai. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana efikasi diri yang dimiliki mahasiswa akhir Program Studi manajemen angkatan 2018 di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Islam Bandung. 2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana kesiapan kerja yang dimiliki mahasiswa akhir Program Studi manajemen angkatan 2018 di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Unisba. 3) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa tingkat akhir Program tudi manajemen angkatan 2018 di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Islam Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dan kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa akhir manajemen angkatan 2018 berjumlah 166 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling dengan rumus slovin. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa : 1) Efikasi diri pada mahasiswa akhir program studi manajemen diketahui ternyata hasilnya “baik” 2) Kesiapan kerja yang dimiliki mahasiswa akhir program studi manajemen yakni “tinggi” 3) Hasil dari penelitian menyatakan ada pengaruh positif signifikan antara efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja.
This study aims to analyze the ecological Islamic boarding school (Eco-Pesantren) and its role in environmental conservation. The study was conducted in an ecological boarding school in Garut, Indonesia. Data collection techniques are conducted through interviews, focus group discussions, and observations to obtain information on knowledge-based Eco-Pesantren and its role in efforts to preserve environmental and actualize the sustainability of organization. Research result shows that the sustainability of Eco-Pesantren is actualized by the role of pesantren leaders who put into practice the importance of caring for environmental conservation and then followed by the santri (students of pesantren) as full support to preserve the environmental. A significant contribution of Eco-Pesantren in preserving the environmental is demonstrated through the cultivation of various types of plants and the use of knowledge-based sustainable agriculture models.
Abstract. The study of talent management is increasingly being carried out, this is an effort to recruit, retain and develop employees through their talents. Employee performance can be said to be good if the work obtained is able to meet the standards, this can be obtained one of them through the development that the company provides. The purpose of this study was to determine how talent management and employee performance at PT. INTI (Persero) and to find out whether there is an influence between talent management on employee performance at PT. INTI (Persero). In this study, the author uses a survey method and a quantitative approach using SPSS version 25.0 as an analytical tool. The population in this study were employees of PT. INTI (Persero) as many as 267 employees with purposive sampling as a technique in sampling, while the criteria that the authors set are employees of PT. INTI (Persero) received a talent management program, namely in senior officer and officer positions as many as 60 employees. The results of this study indicate that talent management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The influence given by talent management on employee performance is 53.3% where the rest is influenced by other factors outside of this study. Abstrak. Kajian terhadap manajemen talenta semakin serius dilakukan, hal ini merupakan sebuah upaya untuk merekrut, mempertahankan dan mengembangkan karyawan melalui talentanya. Kinerja karyawan dapat dikatakan baik apabila hasil kerja yang diperoleh mampu memenuhi standar, hal ini bisa didapatkan salah satunya melalui pengembangan yang perusahaan berikan. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen talenta dan kinerja karyawan pada PT. INTI (Persero) dan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara manajemen talenta terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. INTI (Persero). Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode survey dan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25.0 sebagai alat analisis. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. INTI (Persero) sebanyak 267 karyawan dengan purposive sampling sebagai teknik dalam pengambilan sampel, adapun kriteria yang penulis tetapkan adalah karyawan PT. INTI (Persero) yang mendapatkan program manajemen talenta yaitu pada jabatan senior officer dan officer sebanyak 60 karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh bahwa manajemen talenta berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengaruh yang diberikan oleh manajemen talenta terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 53,3% dimana sisanya dipengaruhi oleh factor lain di luar penelitian ini.
Abstract. Job satisfaction is very important in an organization because it will determine the success or failure if activities within the company. Job satisfaction is one of the psychological aspects that reflects a person’s feelings towards his work. In today’s era work is an important thing to meet the needs of one’s own life and family life. In meeting needs, a work-life balance is needed. Th phenomenon of work-life balance is the balance of working time with life outside the world of work, such as time with family, friends, and even yourself, so that if employees can balance rhese three things, job satisfaction will be created. Based on this phenomenon, the problems in this study are formulated as follows: (1) How is Work-Life Balance at PT. Sanbe Farma Bandung City? (2) How is Job Satisfaction at PT. Sanbe Farma Bandung City? (3) How is effect of work-life balance ag PT. Sanbe Farma Kota Bandung/. Researche4s used desripctive analysis techniques using a quantitave approach. The population selected in this study were employees at PT. Sanbe Farma Bandung City, totaling 600 employees. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. The number of research samples obtained was 86 employees. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, interviews, observation, and literature study. The results if this research are: It is proven that work-life balance has significant positive effect on job satisfaction with a value of 10,496 and sig 0.000 with a reslut of R2 = 0.567. This means that work-life balance simultaneously has an effect on job satisfaction 56,7%. Abstrak. Kepuasan kerja sangat penting dalam sebuah organisasi karena akan menentukan berhasil atau tidaknya kegiatan dalam perusahaan. Kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu aspek psikologis yang mencerminkan perasaan seseorang terhadap pekerjaannya. Di zaman saat ini bekerja merupakan suatu hal yang penting guna untuk memenuhi kebutuhan kehidupan sendiri maupun kehidupan keluarga. Dalam memenuhi kebutuhannya maka dibutuhkan work-life baalnce. Fenomena work-life balance adalah keseimbangan waktu bekerja dengan kehidupan diluar dunia kerja seperti waktu bersama keluarga, teman, bahkan diri sendiri sehingga jika karyawan dapat menyeimbangkan ketiga hal tersebut maka akan tercipta kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, maka permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan sebagai berikut: (1) Bagaimana Work-life Balance di PT. Sanbe Farma Kota Bandung? (2) Bagaimana Kepuasan kerja di PT. Sanbe Farma Kota Bandung (3) Bagaimana Pengaruh Work-life Balance di PT. Sanbe Farma Kota Bandung?. Peneliti menggunakan metode teknik analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT. Sanbe Farma Kota Bandung yang berjumlah 600 karyawan. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu simple random sampling. Diperoleh jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 86 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terbukti bahwa Work-Life Balance berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai 10,496 dan sig 0.000 dengan hasil R2= 0.567.
