This study aimed to identify the epidemiological and sociodemographic profile of carriers with hepatitis B on a municipality of southwest baiano, in the period from 2011 to 2014. This is an epidemiological cross-sectional study of descriptive and exploratory character of secondary source of data, obtained through the System of Information of Injuries and Notification (SINAN) The variables studied were: gender, age, city of residence, level of education, type of occupation, likely source / infection mechanism, comorbidities, clinical form and vaccination. 90 patients were studied; there was a predominance of male cases (53.33%); of mixed race / color (70.00%), aged 29-38 years and 61.11% were resident in Vitória da Conquista. Regarding comorbidities, there was 3.33% of co-infected individuals with HIV and 5.55% had some type of STD, 76.67% had hepatitis in chronic. Regarding vaccination against hepatitis B, 11.11% of reported patients had card with full vaccination schedule. The sexual intercourse was probably the main source of infection (64.45%), followed by dental and surgical treatment (7.78%). It was found that the city of Vitória da Conquista / BA followed the epidemiological profile and demographic partner of the disease in the country, Except for race / color variables, clinical form and probable infection route.
Objetivo: mapear os possíveis desfechos de longo prazo da COVID-19 no mundo. Métodos: em acordo com as recomendações do Joanna Briggs Institute, foi realizada uma revisão sistemática de escopo de estudos experimentais e observacionais com busca nas bases de dados PubMed e Scopus, complementada por busca manual. Resultados: de 5.325 registros, 121 atenderam aos critérios de elegibilidade, os quais incluíram 1.638 recuperados da COVID-19. Foram identificados 52 potenciais desfechos de longo prazo da COVID-19, principalmente disfunção olfatória (n=605), disfunção gustativa (n=372), dispneia (n=233) e lesões pulmonares (n=225). Entre os cuidados de longo prazo, destacam-se início de terapia medicamentosa, terapia de substituição renal e amputação. Conclusão: foram mapeados 52 possíveis desfechos de longo prazo da COVID-19 e recomendações de continuação de cuidados, que variaram de manifestações leves a graves com duração menor ou igual a um mês e maior que um mês.
This article intends to conduct an analysis and reflection of one of the important issues which it is education: bullying, because it is a violence that occurs in the school of repetitive and deliberate manner in which its consequencescan cause damage significant to emotional training, psychological and socio-educational of the victim, if the student. Note that bullying is increasing in epidemic form in schools and its effects are traumatizing students to witness and those who suffer the action, because it is violence with deliberate and repetitive character. In terms of overall objective, conduct yourself will this article in order to obtain information about bullying in the school environment, more specifically will address: The Bullying conceptions; Investigate the causes and consequences can be seen in the behavior of students; To study the key players of Bullying in school. Thus, it is a qualitative methodological approach that will make the use of literature by various authors for the issue of deepening. It resulted contribute in the actions of professionals in the face of violence. Therefore, it is concluded that the school is a place of learning, where change is necessary, both in order to act as the thinking of people and students.
RESUMOO Bullying se constitui como um dos notáveis problemas que as escolas enfrentam, sendo que o objetivo dessas instituições é formar cidadãos críticos e pensantes, há cada vez mais uma certa dificuldade no processo para desenvolvimento do ensino e aprendizagem, por conta de existentes causas de conflitos que surge com o bullying. Por isso, surge a necessidade de uma nova figura na escola, que é o professor mediador escolar e comunitário (PMEC), com o intuito de mediar os conflitos dentro dessas instituições, facilitando a comunicação e o entendimento entre as pessoas, utilizando como ferramenta importante a justiça restaurativa, que nada mais é que a resolução de um conflito por meio do diálogo. Portanto, este artigo se justifica pela necessidade de orientar o leitor para a compreensão da atuação do profissional mediador dentro da escola, fazendo o uso da pesquisa bibliográfica, exploratória e descritiva. MEDIATION IN SCHOOL ABSTRACTBullying is constituted as one of the outstanding problems that schools face, and the goal of these institutions is to develop critical thinking and citizens, there is increasingly a certain difficulty in the process of development of teaching and learning, because of existing causes of conflict that comes with bullying. Therefore, the need arises for a new figure in the school, which is the teacher school and community mediator (CEIP), in order to mediate conflicts within these institutions, in this thought, the mediator makes the opening so that the parties involved the conflict to reach a satisfactory solution; that is, the mediator facilitates communication and understanding between people, seeking creative solutions to those involved can reach a "friendly" agreement, using as an important tool restorative justice, which is nothing more than the resolution of a conflict by through dialogue. Therefore, this article is justified by the need to guide the reader in understanding the mediator's professional activities within the school, making the use of bibliographical, exploratory and descriptive research.
