Objetivo: investigar o burnout em profissionais de enfermagem que atuam em um Complexo Psiquiátrico. Método: pesquisa exploratória, quantitativa, realizada com 42 profissionais de enfermagem. Para a coleta, utilizou-se um instrumento constando de dados sociodemográficos e profissionais, e o Cuestionario para la Evaluación del Síndrome de Quemarse por el Trabajo – CESQT. Resultados: quando considerado o percentil, 17 (40,5%) profissionais de enfermagem encontravam-se com níveis muito baixos sugestivos de burnout. O tempo de trabalho na instituição teve associação com o desgaste psíquico (p= 0,03). Conclusão: em média, os entrevistados não apresentaram valores sugestivos do burnout, porém o tempo de atuação esteve associado às dimensões do agravo. Ressalta-se que medidas de prevenção devem ser realizadas para eliminar ou reduzir as possíveis chances de surgimento do agravo.
Objective: Analyze the influence of the measures body composition cardiovascular risk in elderly practitioners of physical activity.Method: This is an exploratory study, transversal and quantitative.Held from May to June 2015, in the municipality of João Pessoa/Paraí-ba, with elderly patrons of sport aerobics. Were selected for the study 21 people, with inclusion criteria does not own metallic structure in the body to prevent the measure through bioimpedance equipment octopolar InBody 720, less than 60 years of their own age and practice aerobics activity at least three months.Results: Most of the individuals represented unfavorable health condition being more prone to cardiovascular risks. Identified that normal systolic blood pressure was the variable that most contributed to the score designed to show the possibility of a lower cardiovascular risk, while the visceral fat and fat-free mass were the factors that contributed for increased cardiovascular risk. Conclusion:Optimization of preventive practices is necessary for cardiovascular diseases that propitiate the awareness of affected subject.
Objective: Parse through the mental health scale and perceived stress in elderly assisted by basic health units.Method: This is an exploratory study, quantitative, and performed in the period from March to July 2015, in the municipality of João Pessoa/Paraíba in northeastern Brazil, where reach selected 67 elderly persons aged 60 years or more, out of a total of 200 elderly linked to family health strategy and with preserved cognitive capacity. Results:Showed that the majority of the elderly did not submit mental suffering reported low level of perceived stress. Conclusion:We can see that elderly inserted into family and social coexistence have lower level of stress. Among the many disorders that affect the elderly, such as the limitation on motor coordination, difficulty of locomotion and metabolic deficits, mental health needs special attention.
Objective: Identify a score for the diagnostic assessment of health and body image based on anthropometric and biochemical measures in the elderly. Method:Transversal research exploratory and quantitative approach, developed in the South of the city of João Pessoa-PB with 21 elderly practitioners of physical exercises in sport aerobics in the period of May to June 2015. It was used a sociodemographic questionnaire and the International Physical Activity questionnaire, IPAQ. The research was authorized by the ethics on Research Committee of the University Center of João Pessoa/PB, CAAE 38840214.7.0000.5176. Results:The study subjects had an average age of 65.9 and standard deviation 6.92 years. It was observed in table 2 the importance of body fat Mass and waist hip as the most influential in lifestyle, according to the non-parametric test of McNemar suitable for dichotomous dependent data. In table 3 the importance of all variables with exception of Edema as the most influential in body image, according to the non-parametric test of McNemar Conclusion: It is observed that the elderly present composition of body fat mass and relative CK high, according to the measure of proximity of Jaccard, thus most of the elderly are in opposition to a healthy lifestyle. It is essential for the understanding of the characteristics and the transformations that the individuals with the advancement of age
