Teknologi informasi yang ada harus dimanfaatkan oleh pemerintah dalam menjalin komunikasi maupun transparansi data. Kedua hal itumenjadi sangat penting disaat pandemic seperti sekarang ini. Mengingat platform yang bisa digunakan untuk komunikasi maupun penyajian data sangat beragam, sehingga tidak ada alasan untuk tidak terbuka terhadap masyarakat terutama dalam hal penyajian data covid-19. Metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan melakukan dengan melakukan penelusuran pada akun twitter kementerian Kesehatan RI dan Badan Nasional Penanganan Bencara RI. Selama periode 3 Maret 2020 hingga 31 Mei 2020. Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia telah melakukan segala aktivitas berdasarkan himbauan untuk mengajak masyarakat agar tetap waspada pada covid-19 yang sudah menularkan ke sebagian besar Negara-negara di seluruh dunia. Akan tetapi usaha interaksi di platform twitter tidak menurun seiring dengan semakin melonjaknya covid-19. Interaksi twitter Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana Republik Indonesia diawal masa pandemic yaitu pada bulan maret tahun 2020 mempunyai nilai interaksi tweet sebesar 11.36%, dibulan april sebesar 18.72%, dan ada bulan may sebesar 17.69% yang memberikan informasi terkait dengan pandemic covid-19, berbagai aspek di situasi pandemic seperti penanggulangan, pencegahan, hingga informasi terkonfirmasinya covid-19 di Indonesia.
Dengan etika dan moralitas yang kuat maka diharapkan praktek korupsi di Indonesia akan menurun. Selain dengan etika dan moralitas yang kuat maka reformasi birokrasi juga menjadi salah satu cara untuk mengurangi korupsi dan membangun pelayanan dan penyelenggaraan pemerintah yang baik. Etika dalam politik atau penyelenggaraan pemerintah memang memiliki sebuah fungsi yang sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan reformasi birokrasi ini. Pembahasan ini tentang bagaimana etika, moral dan contoh korupsi di Indonesia saling berhubungan. Pentingnya etika dan moral sebagai pemimpin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literature dimana membandingkan beberapa studi sebelumnya sebagai teori nilai budaya yang sama seperti diskusi sosial yang dilakukan di penelitian sebelumnya. Dalam penelitian ditemukan beberapa kasus korupsi yang terjadi di Indonesia yang berkaitan dengan etika kepemimpinan politik. Perilaku korupsi memang dipengaruhi oleh banyak hal , namun pada penelitian ini fokus membahas tentang dimana etika dan moralitas yang mempengaruhi perilaku korupsi yang dilakukan oleh pemimpin di Indonesia.
In academic research, the Internet and the public domain's topic now has a permanent place; it is entering the mainstream of political communication studies. The coming out of the same ideas and opinions with social media can build a discourse for further discussion. One of the viral and trending discourses on Indonesian twitter was the rejection of OMNIBUSLAW; many people issued opinions using the hashtags #MosiTidakPercaya and #Tolakomnibuslaw, which emerged as a result of the passing of the omnibus law, which contains many irregularities in its ratification. This research was conducted by taking data on Twitter in October 2020 and processed using the Nvivo 12 Plus software. The results of this study indicate that the social media using twitter as information is 25%, where the public uses Twitter as a means of seeking information on the Job Creation Bill in its development process and its rejection in it, political communication is 48%, communication that is built has an interest in running political goals and as a movement. 25% of politics in pressuring the government and forming public opinion on the Work Creation Bill and a place for public space to communicate can be seen in the public space that people are interested in voicing their anxieties if there is a disagreement of opinion between stakeholders and the wider community.
Cases of human rights violations against Uighur Muslims in China have generated various condemnations from the international community. Various forms of protest, ranging from taking to the streets, complaints in mass media, and on social media. Several countries officially submitted objections to the Chinese government, including the superpower country of the United States. This research wants to see how the forms of protest in social media Twitter analyze the network patterns and relationships between the formed actors and the possibility of a new social movement. Through the hashtag feature on Twitter, researchers can analyze networks, messages, and protest delivery distribution using the Social Network Analysis (SNA) method. This study uses qualitative research methods, data collection by analyzing Twitter media activity, which is used as a protest to the Chinese government. The data was processed using NVivo 12 Plus software. The results showed that the relationship between actors in the use of social media Twitter has pressure on public opinion in parts of the world, the network pattern that connects countries in response to the issue of intimidation by the Uighur Muslim community, social protests that are always given by Twitter users as a place to pressure the Chinese government, and created a new social movement carried out by countries that support the resistance to intimidation by the Uighur people in Xinjiang.
This study explores how the Indonesian government uses websites to respond to public information as the COVID-19 pandemic has developed into a global crisis.The government is expected to act quickly and decisively in responding to the public's communication and information crisis. Communication is becoming the most crucial part, especially when it comes to delivering the facts. The accuracy of the information provided also plays a significant role in shaping public perception of the situation. Data obtained were gathered from the central government and provincial government regions' official report, analyzed using SimilarWeb: Website Traffic. The findings showed that the Indonesian government did not have enough response tools set up in the event of a viral outbreak, was not well prepared in the event of communicating with the international community in the event of such an outbreak, and did not have integrated actions to be made between the central government and the second regional government in managing their response. As for the data provided by the central and regional governments, the data have now gone public, showing how good it is.
