Abstract-Humanitarian cooperation is perceived as a key to boost comprehensive partnership between China, the world's largest developing country, and countries in subSaharan Africa. It is not a secret that Africa has the highest number of developing countries, so it is one of the reasons, why China increases cooperation with the continent. The article highlights the main directions of China's humanitarian cooperation with countries in sub-Saharan Africa. In the author`s opinion, it includes culture, education, science and the humanitarian missions of the PRC. In particular, the paper highlights the importance of public diplomacy of China. The author of the article affirms that the Confucius Institutes plays an indispensable role in China and the countries in subSaharan Africa`s collaboration, which includes education and cooperation between states and represents a new model of South-South multilateral relations. The author calls upon China and the African countries for broadening humanitarian cooperation.
The Sino-African cooperation forum largely determines the trajectory of cooperation between Chinese and African countries. Being established in 2000, it facilitated the institutionalisation of the interactions between China and its African partners. Throughout twenty years of FOCAC functioning, the parties have successfully held a number of forums, which have significantly expanded the scope of cooperation. At present, a big number of scientific works are devoted to research the increase of the Chinese presence in Africa, on the other hand there is quite a few works done on FOCAC activities research, which predetermined the choice of this topic. In addition, analysis of the FOCAC performance results that have been reached by the 20th anniversary are of a certain interest. In this article, the author will identify the reasons for the parties interest in institutionalizing the interaction between China and Africa, will reveal promising areas of cooperation, as well as will analyze the impact of the Beijing FOCAC Action Plan for 2019-2021 to expand cooperation between China and the countries of the African continent.

The article affirms that the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) plays an indispensable role in China-Africa collaboration, which includes educational cooperation between the countries and represents a new model of South-South multilateral relations. The article highlights the main directions of cooperation between China and other countries within the "One Belt One Road" framework. In the authors opinion, it includes policy coordination, financial integration, unimpeded trade, facilities connection and people-to-people bonds. In particular, the article highlights the importance of the project to China and countries involved. The author of the article affirm that such cooperation plays an indispensable role in collaboration between states and represents a new model of multilateral relations. The author calls upon China and other countries to broaden cooperation.
