The relevance of scientific understanding of security in the context of a crisis of generalized trust in Russian society is justified by the search for significant indicators of its interdependence. The scientific discourse of the study of subjective assessments of social well-being allows us to predict the dynamics of these phenomena. The purpose of this article is to identify the optimal socio-economic context, as well as the effectiveness of the regional authorities, which are a necessary condition for optimizing the social well-being of citizens, as one of the basic components of the stability of the region's functioning. The analysis of the basic components of the social well-being of the population of the Altai territory in the context of the analysis of generalized trust in the basic social institutions of the region is presented. On the basis of structural-functional and neo-evolutionist approaches, the role of trust as a basic construct of the social order of functioning of the regional community is revealed. Conclusions are made that the set of assessments of the cognitive and emotional level of sensations indicates that most of the inhabitants of the region have a low estimate of the potential of social institutions responsible for the safety of life in the region.
The article considers a number of picturesque costumed images à la turque, which means in the oriental taste, created in Russia in the 18th century. The studied works are divided into the costumed and typical images of the inhabitants of the Muslim world and a costumed portrait à la turque. It is believed that the means of creating an “oriental” image in those works was a costumizing – dressing a model in an exotic outfit perceived as a national costume of the peoples from the Muslim Orient. The work studies the history of creating costumed images à la turque in Russian art of the 18th century. It also deals with the composition and specificity of exotic costumes, the artistic-stylistic and genre features of the works under study and, when possible, identifies their pictorial sources.
The scientific understanding of social trust is important for the preservation of a stable system of state and political institutions and the search for optimal conditions for the formation of civil society institutions in modern Russian society. The article presents the results of the analysis of trust-building factors in the context of maintaining the social security of the border regions of the Russian Federation. Based on the data from a sociological study conducted in six regions (Altai Territory, Amur Region, Omsk Region, Orenburg Region, Altai Republic, Khabarovsk Territory), models of factors for the formation of social trust in clusters with different security potential were obtained. It was revealed that in regions with conditionally integral, crisis and low levels of social security, the conditions for ensuring certain areas of security come to the fore. It was established that in regions with a conditionally integral and low level of social security, almost identical models of social trust factors were obtained, which can indicate the similarity of estimates of these indicators by experts of these subjects. The conclusion was made about the interdependence of social security and social trust, which are the foundation for the formation of civil society institutions in modern Russia.
