Abstract. Socialization of economy is connected with a basic change of the person's position in production and her or his wellbeing in society. Radical activation of the human capital appears in creative participation of the worker in production and promotes growth of continuous wellbeing and fully reveals its intellectual, moral, creative qualities. In this case the reproduction of the worker appears as all-round development of the personality; as expanded reproduction expressed in equipment by her or his knowledge, growth of her or his creative abilities and increase of moral. The solution of the technological freedom's problem of the worker from a status of an appendage of an extensively developed machine device consists in a deep quality leap in development of productive forces on the basis of achievements of scientific and technical progress and formation of a new model of economic wellbeing of the person. There is an approach to the analysis of technologies socialization in innovative economy in the process of work, in which the person and the equipment are in indissoluble functional unity. This approach allows investigating regularities of development of technologies together with the content of work, which is qualitatively transformed and obtains key characteristics, such as humanization, serviceability and socialization.
Formation of continuous wellbeing of the person in the Russian economy can be a real prospect in case innovative technologies will be required by all economic and social entities. The accelerated development of information technologies should be based on a progressive regulatory and technical base which contains leading standards, rules, regulations for product testing and its certification, warranty, insurance conditions and standards for the protection of intellectual property and information support of products and services. Socialization of technologies promotes growth of social and emotional wellbeing.
Socialization of technologies the least studied area of interdisciplinary scientific knowledge. Authors investigate a scientific problem of information-technological revolution's interrelation and social structure of the Russian society. Impact of cardinal demographic shifts on dynamics and structure of continuous well-being is revealed, the new structure of needs of elderly people is classified. New interpretation of the emotional status and networkbased welfare of the person in the Russian society as an assessment of personification of psychological perception of reality and synergetic effect from socialization through network technologies is offered. Need of integration of elderly people into Internet space for the purpose of expansion of social opportunities limits of self-identification and realization of many-sided segments of human potential is proved.
Abstract. The paper considers a new paradigm of sustainable development, establishing new ways of societal progress and success based on the concepts other than only economic growth and material wealth. Sustainable development suggests that the wellbeing of the society depends, among other, on clean and healthy environment, and on the mutual interaction of human beings realized in new models of economics and behaviour. This article describes a new model of economics based on the interaction of environmental protection and economic efficiency, the model of circular economy (CE). The paper compares two different macro-economical approaches integrating the CE model into national economy strategies. The existing CE instruments and mechanisms are explored demonstrating the results of such policy application at meso-and micro-levels.
A well-built system of motivation can become a source of long-term competitiveness of the enterprise development. The article presents an overview of the main stages of the KPI motivation development and its deployment process. The purpose of this research paper is to reveal the fundamental aspects of building a motivation system based on KPI. The general theoretical basis of this study is the concept of methodology «Management by Objectives», method of «Performance management». It is proposed to integrate the KPI's system into the enterprise management system. It has been proven that the KPI system is a tool for specifying and bringing business strategy to each department and employee through the mechanism of motivating each employee to achieve this goal. The article identifies the place of the KPI system in the structure of business processes. A typology of KPI system options is based on the resources required to develop and implement such system. It has been proven that the system of motivation based on the KPI is a tool for achieving long-term and short-term company goals and is not just a monetary and non-monetary incentive system.
