This study aims to determine the relationship between length and weight and condition factors of Trichopodus trichopterus in the waters of Rawa, Lakea Dua Village, Buol Regency, Central Sulawesi. The research was carried out for 2 months and took place in the swamps of Lakea Dua Village, Buol Regency, Central Sulawesi. The fish collected were measured based on the total length using a ruler in cm (1 mm accuracy), while the fish weight was measured using a digital scale with units of grams (0.01 gram accuracy). The test parameters observed included analysis of length and weight, relative weight, fulcon condition factor, and relative condition factor. The results showed that there were 53 Trichopodus trichopterus collected in the swamps of Lakea Dua Village, Buol Regency. The length ranges from 10-18 cm with an average length of 14.43±2.39 cm. Fish weight ranged from 14.50-155.30 g with an average weight of 51.33±25.83 g. The growth pattern is negative allometric. The relative weight shows a value of 102.63±21.40, meaning that the source of feed is abundant in the Trichopodus pectoralis environment and the condition is healthy. The Fulcon condition factor value is 1.61±0.55 and the relative condition factor is 1.04±0.33, meaning that the condition factor value is below 3. This shows the cheek-shaped fish. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis bulu babi yang terdapat di zona pasang surut pantai Desa Bukaan Kecamatan Lakea Kabupaten Buol. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga titik stasiun pengamatan yang masing-masing stasiun terdapat 3 transek line dan setiap transek terdapat 5 plot yang berukuran 1x1 meter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat tiga jenis bulu babi di zona pasang surut pantai Desa Bukaan yaitu Echinometra mathaei, Deadema setosum dan Stomopneustes variolaris. The purpose of this research is to find out the solid influence of different spreads on the growth rate of rice eels in bioflok media. This study used Complete RandomIzed Design (RAL) with 3 treatments and 3 repeats, namely; solid spread 5 tails / 15 cm water level, solid spread 10/15 cm water level and solid spread 15/15 cm water level. As a result of the study, the growth value of eel weight with the spread of 5 heads 32.8gr, the spread of 10 heads of 10.56 gr and the distribution of 15 heads of 7.19. The growth value of the spread length of 5 tails is 7.73 cm, the spread of 10 tails is 6.44 cm and the distribution of 15 tails is 5.17 cm. Inference, the dense distribution of different gives a very noticeable influence on the growth of rice field eel seeds (Monopterus albus). As well as solid distribution of 5 heads / 15cm water level gives the best results to the growth of rice eels seeds (Monopterus alus) so that Bioflok does not affect water quality. The distribution of rice eel seed (Monopterus albus) should not be at too high a density because it can inhibit the growth rate of rice eels. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan tepung daun singkong (Manihot utilissima pohl) yang difermentasi dalam pakan buatan terhadap pertumbuhan benih ikan mas (Cyprinus carpio). Penelitian ini di laksanakan di Balai Benih Ikan (BBI) Lokal Tatanga Tavanjuka, Kota Palu. Jenis ikan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Ikan Mas (Cyprinus carpio) berjumlah 180 ekor dengan berat 7 gram. Rancangan penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan yakni : P1 : Pakan yang ditambahkan fermentasi tepung daun singkong sebesar 0%, P2: Pakan yang ditambahkan fermentasi tepung daun singkong sebesar 10%, P3: Pakan yang ditambahkan fermentasi tepung daun singkong sebesar 15%, dan P4: Pakan yang ditambahkan fermentasi tepung daun singkong sebesar 20%, Penelitian ini di lakukan selama 40 hari. Hasl penelitian menunjukkan pertumbuhan bobot ikan mas pada perlakuan P1; P2; P3; dan P4 masing-masing adalah 3,95; 7,26; 5,84; dan 4,78. Perlakuan P2 merupakan perlakuan terbaik.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui jenis udang, kelimpahan relatif udang dan parameter kualitas air yang berada di sungai Tuweley, Kabupaten Tolitoli. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 30 hari dari bulan September-Oktober 2020. Titik lokasi penelitian ini menggunakan 3 titik stasiun yakni ST 1 : Jl Anoa, ST 2 : antara Jl. Anoa dan Jl. Samratulangi dan ST 3 : Jl. Samratulangi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel ialah Purposive sampling. Hasil tangkapan udang yang ditemukan di sungai Tuweley terdiri dari 2 Famili dengan 8 spesies yakni Macrobrachium sp, M. latidactylus, M. australe, M. esculentum, M. equidens. M. lar, Caridina laoagensis dan C. villadolidi. Presentase nilai kelimpahan relatif udang tertinggi yaitu M. australe 21,70% dan yang memiliki nilai kelimpahan terendah yaitu M. lar 4,72%. Kualitas air yang ditemukan di sungai Tuweley yaitu suhu 25-27˚C, pH 7,3-7,9, DO 6,6-7,9 mg/l, arus Sedang-deras, substrat berbatu, berkerikil, berpasir dan berlumpur.
