Leptospirosis is a direct zoonosis where transmission occurs directly, without the use of other vectors, and humans are accidental hosts that are unintentionally related to infective animals or Leptospira contaminated material. Leptospirosis is a public health problem throughout the world, especially tropical and subtropical countries that have high rainfall, and is also a major problem in temperate regions. Leptospirosis is zoonosis due to Leptospira bacteria. Leptospirosis is a whole world with a broad spectrum of animals as its host. Infection that occurs in humans that occurs, after contact with air or other materials contaminated with animal waste. The aim is to study the relationship with the incidence of leptospirosis. The method used in this article is a literature review. Library sources used in preparation of literature review use journal articles from 2015 to 2017, the process of searching through Google Scholar articles. Journal discussion results show air temperature, humidity, increase in rainfall, air pH, and flood events have an influence on leptospirosis. Relationship between events with leptospirosis. The conclusion in this journal explains that there is a relationship between complications and the incidence of leptospirosis.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis bulu babi yang terdapat di zona pasang surut pantai Desa Bukaan Kecamatan Lakea Kabupaten Buol. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga titik stasiun pengamatan yang masing-masing stasiun terdapat 3 transek line dan setiap transek terdapat 5 plot yang berukuran 1x1 meter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat tiga jenis bulu babi di zona pasang surut pantai Desa Bukaan yaitu Echinometra mathaei, Deadema setosum dan Stomopneustes variolaris. The digital economy has changed the way Indonesians transact from cash payments to non-cash payments, thus creating a cashless society trend that is in line with regulations related to electronic money. Electronic money can be divided into e-money (chip-based) and also e-wallets (server-based). E-wallet is one of the most widely used payment methods today because it offers various conveniences and benefits for its users. The most widely used digital wallet in Indonesia is ShopeePay. This study aims to analyze the influence of promotion and ease of use on intention to reuse ShopeePay with the brand image as a moderation variable. The population in this study are e-commerce Shopee users who have transacted using ShopeePay in Jabodetabek whose number are not known for certain. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 195 respondents and the data are analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that promotion has a positive and significant effect on the intention to reuse, ease of use has a positive and significant effect on the intention to reuse, brand image has a positive and significant effect as a moderation of the relationship between promotion and the intention to reuse, and brand image is not variable moderating for the relationship between ease of use and intention to reuse. Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan faktor yang sangat penting dalam sebuah organisasi baik organisasi dalam skala besar maupun kecil. Dalam organisasi berskala besar, sumber daya manusia yang dipandang sebagai unsur yang sangat menentukan dalam proses pengembangan usaha peran sumber daya menusia semakin penting (Tadjudin, 1995). Perkembangan dunia usaha akan terealisasi apabila ditunjang oleh sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Desain dan struktur organisasi merupakan salah satu isu dalam menejemn yang masih cukup menarik diperbincangkan hingga dewasa ini. Media massa, baik elektronik maupun cetak, seringkali menampilkan opini dan pembicaraan yang membahas seputar Desain dan struktur organisasi. Peran Desain dan Struktur organisasi yang sangat strategis dan penting bagi pencapaian misi, visi dan tujuan suatu organisasi merupakan salah satu motif yang mendorong manusia untuk selalu menyelidiki seluk-beluk yang terkait dengan Desain dan struktur organisasi.
