This research is motivated by the inconsistency in the shooting ability of athletes in shooting game matches in the game of petanque sports both at the regional and national levels. This study aims to determine the effect of imagery training and concentration on improving the shooting abilities of Undikma petanque athletes. This study uses an experimental method with the "two group pretest posttest design" design. The instrument used for the test of shooting ability is the shooting station number 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 with a distance of 6 meters, 7 meters, 8 meters and 9 meters. The subjects in this study were Undikma petanque athletes, amounting to 14 people. Samples taken from the results of purposive sampling. Based on the results of t-test analysis showed the same significant results between imagery exercises and without imagery exercises. But imagery training results are better than without imagery exercises seen with the average value of shooting using imagery exercises 4.71 pretest results increased by 13.00. The amount of increase was 8.28. Without imagery training, the initial pretest score of 3.42 increased to 10.00. The amount of increase is 6.57. The difference in the average increase in shooting results with imagery training, and without imagery training is 1.71.
The problem revealed in this study is "Improving the Accuracy of Smash in Volleyball with The Games Target Methods at The Second Grade Students of Darul Hikmah in Academic Year 2017/2018" This research was motivated by the still low ability of smash accuracy at the second-grade students of Darul Hikmah. This research is Classroom Action Research (Classroom Action Research) which is carried out collaboratively and participative. The design of this study used Kurt Lewin's model in 2 cycles and in each cycle, there are 2 meetings consist of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 30 students of the second-grade students in Darul Hikmah. The results of this study indicate that increased the accuracy of smash in volleyball with the game target method for the second grade of Darul Hikmah. From the results of evaluation in cycle I, the total of students completed = 18 people (60%) and incomplete = 12 people (40%) with the less satisfied category (60%). In cycle II, there was an increase, the total of students completed = 27 people (90%) and incomplete = 3 people (10%). This shows that the results are 90% complete with very good categories
Shooting is the most important part of the petanque game if in one team the shooting ability of the athlete is weak, then the team will have difficulty attacking the opponent's ball, therefore high concentration is needed in petanque sports, especially when shooting. Based on the formulation of the problem, how is the shooting ability level of the MBC East Lombok Petanque athlete in 2021, this study aims to determine the level of shooting ability of the MBC East Lombok Petanque athlete in 2021. The research design measures the shooting ability of the MBC Petanque athlete by conducting a series of tests that the researcher has determined. The research method uses descriptive quantitative research, the population of the MBC club and uses purposive sampling using 8 samples that act as shooters, with data collection techniques using observation, action methods and documentation. The instrument used is a shooting game test (Souef, 2015:85). The data obtained for each test item is raw data then converted into a t-score value and interpreted by categorizing the data. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the level of shooting ability of the MBC Lombok Timur Petanque athletes in 2021. The basic shooting technique ability on the average level of shooting ability of the MBC Lombok Timur Petanque athletes in 2021 is 16.50. The percentage of petanque game shooting abilities in MBC Lombok Timur petanque athletes are: 5 athletes (50.0%) in good category, 2 athletes (30.0%) in moderate category, and 1 athlete (20.0%) with less category. So it can be concluded that the level of shooting ability of MBC East Lombok Petanque athletes in 2021 is in the good category.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui performa shooting petanque atlet kota Matarama selama pertandingan pada kejuaraan PORPROV NTB XI 2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah atlet petanque kota Mataram yang berjumlah 12 atlet. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sample yang berjumlah 10 atlet. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan data sekunder yaitu dengan melakukan pengamatan video pertandingan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah blanko analisis performa shooting petanque. Data baku penelitian dianalisis menggunaan rumus perhitungan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, atlet dengan inisial AL memiliki performa shooting 46.4%, BS memiliki performa shooting 65%, IIS memiliki performa shooting 69.6%, MR memiliki performa shooting 61.4%, MAK memiliki performa shooting 50%, BAF memiliki performa shooting 42.9%, UH memiliki performa shooting 66.8%, SR memiliki performa shooting 51.6%, SA memiliki performa shooting 56.9%, dan DAH memiliki performa shooting 42.9%. Shooting Performance of Petanque Athletes in Mataram City for the XI 2023 NTB PORPROV Championship Abstract The purpose of this study was to find out the petanque shooting performance of the Matarama city athletes during the matches at the PORPROV NTB XI 2023 championship. The research method used was quantitative descriptive research. The research population was the petanque athletes in the city of Mataram, totaling 12 athletes. The sampling technique used a purposive sample of 10 athletes. Collecting research data using secondary data, namely by observing video matches. The research instrument used was a blank petanque shooting performance analysis. Research raw data were analyzed using a percentage calculation formula. The results showed that athletes with the initials AL had a shooting performance of 46.4%, BS had a shooting performance of 65%, IIS had a shooting performance of 69.6%, MR had a shooting performance of 61.4%, MAK had a shooting performance of 50%, BAF had a shooting performance of 42.9%, UH has a shooting performance of 66.8%, SR has a shooting performance of 51.6%, SA has a shooting performance of 56.9%, and DAH has a shooting performance of 42.9%.
Tujuan PKM ini adalah untuk membantu mitra yakni Siswa SMPN 2 Jonggat Lombok Tengah mengatasi permasalahan yang ada. Kegiatan sebelumnya tim sosialisasi mengadakan sosialisasi dan lokakarya petanque dan tahun ini dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan coaching clinic pada sekolah – sekolah yang telah memiliki ekskulikuler petanque di Lombok Tengah yakni SMPN 2 Jonggat. Adapun permasalahan mitra dalam kegiatan PKM adalah kurangnya prestasi sekolah dan kemampuan guru membuat program latihan oleh karena masih kurangnya pengetahuan teknik dasar dan membuat program latihan petanque. Berdasarkan permasalahan mitra maka solusi yang ditawarkan adalah (1) Guru dan Siswa SMPN 2 Jonggat Lombok Tengah lebih memahami olahraga petanque termasuk aturan permainan (2) Pelatih atau guru pembina Ekstrakurikuler lebih mudah dalam pembuatan program latihan. (3) Selain sebagai pendamping siswa dalam bermain, guru juga dapat bertindak sebagai pelatih yang nantinya akan melakukan pembinaan dalam persiapan event Petanque pada Porprov, POPNAS, dan PON. (4) Coaching Clinic pada guru dan siswa dapat berjalan seiring dengan pembinaan, turnamen - turnamen yang akan dilakukan di NTB.
