This quantitative type of research aimed to answer the formulation of problems, namely: 1) the implementation of classroom management and its effect on students' learning outcomes at SD Inpres Loka Kecamatan Ulu Ere Kabupaten Bantaeng, 2) the correlation of teachers' teaching skills and the students' learning outcomes at SD Inpres Loka Subdistrict Ulu Ere Kabupaten Bantaeng, 3) the correlation of classroom management and teachers' teaching skills towards the students' learning at SD Inpres Loka Kecamatan Ulu Ere Kabupaten Bantaeng. This study was administered by distributing questionnaires and documentation format to a population of 122 students sampled with stratifield random sampling proportionate techniques set by 37 students. The data were processed and analyzed with statistical techniques, both descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Through data analysis, the conclusion was obtained, that 1) the implementation of class management was moderately related for 0.504 with a significance of 0.334 to the students' learning outcomes at SD Inpres Loka Ulu Ere Kabupaten Bantaeng, 2) teachers' teaching skills were well related for 0.851 with a significance of 0.334 to the students' learning outcomes at SD Inpres Loka Kecamatan Ulu Ere Kabupaten Bantaeng, 3) the implementation of classroom management and teachers' teaching skills were highly related for 6,710 with a significance of 3,520 to the students' learning outcomes at SD Inpres Loka Kecamatan Ulu Ere Kabupaten Bantaeng.
Every organization is required to be in a conducive condition in order to produce optimal performance to serve the community. The successfulness of an organization in many activities was based on technological advantages, fund avalaibility, facilities and human capital. It demanded that every organization of the company must improve its competence in terms of human resources. This research was explanatory research with a quantitative approach that aimed to:1) analyze the effect of motivation on organizational commitment;2) analyze the effect of motivation on employees’ performance;3) analyze the effect of organizational commitment on employees’performance;4) analyze the effect of motivation on employees’ performance through organizational commitment. The study was conducted at the Regional Service Office of PT Telkom Kandatel Gorontalo Province with the total sample of 45 people, the sampling technique used was saturated sampling (census). Primary data collected using the questionnaires were then processed and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study indicated that:1) motivation had a significant positive effect on organizational commitment;2) motivation did not have a significant effect on employees’ performance;3) organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on employees’ performance;4) motivation had a significant positive effect on employees’ performance through organizational commitment of PT Telkom Kandatel Gorontalo Province employees.
Keterampilan menulis merupakan keterampilan yang bersifat mekanistis. Keterampilan menulis tidak mungkin dikuasai hanya melalui teori, tetapi dilaksanakan melalui latihan dan praktik yang teratur sehingga menghasilkan tulisan yang tersusun baik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei dengan teknik eksperimen semu. Adapun populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Majauleng Kabupaten Wajo tahun pelajaran 2020/2021 berjumlah 87 orang yang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ingkat hasil belajar menulis teks anekdot siswa kelas VIII sebelum menggunakan teknik analisis contoh berbasis struktur teks berada pada kategori sedang. Hal ini terlihat pada rata-rata nilai hasil belajar menulis teks anekdot siswa adalah 57,49 dalam rentangan nilai 1-100. Tingkat hasil belajar menulis teks anekdot siswa kelas VIII sesudah menggunakan teknik analisis contoh berbasis struktur teks berada pada kategori sedang. Hal ini terlihat pada rata-rata nilai hasil belajar menulis teks anekdot siswa adalah 67,74 dalam rentangan nilai 1-100. Teknik analisis contoh berbasis struktur teks efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil menulis teks anekdot kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Majauleng Kabupaten Wajo. Hal ini terlihat pada hasil pengujian hipotesis nilai “t” empiris (hitung) lebih besar daripada nilai t teoretis (tabel) (14,3136>1,988) pada taraf kepercayaan 95%.
Motivation and competence can be variables that affect the level of librarian performance. ISO 9001: 2015 can also affect librarian performance as there is a quality management system clause that focuses on human resources in the organization. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to find out and analyze the influence of ISO 9001: 2015, motivation, and competence partially and simultaneously on the performance of librarians in the UNHAS Library. This study used quantitative survey research, with a total population of 42 people. The sample was the entire population. The results showed that motivation and competence partially had a significant effect on the performance of librarians. This is consistent with the opinions of several experts and relevant studies. Furthermore, ISO 9001: 2015 did not have a significant partial effect. These findings indicated that ISO in the UNHAS Library could not reach the realm of librarian performance improvement, one of which was due to the lack of librarian understanding of commitment and quality policy in ISO 9001: 2015. Based on the f test, it discovered that simultaneously, all independent variables had a significant effect on the dependent variable of 53,863. In conclusion, based on the regression test, it finds out ISO 9001: 2015 has no partial effect; however, it is simultaneous when integrated with motivation and competence variables, whereas motivation and competence variables can partially influence the performance of the UNHAS Library librarian.
