Strategi kepala madrasah merupakan faktor yang penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan peningkatan budaya religius madrasah. Penelitian ini bertujuan. mendesripsikan. Strategi kepala madrasah dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan hambatan dalam membangun budaya religius. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui Observasi, Wawancara dan Studi Dokumentasi. Prosedur analisis data adalah Reduksi Data, Penyayian Data, dan Verifikasi. Sedangkan subjek penelitian adalah Kepala Madrasah, Wakil Kepala Madrasah, dan Guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa:(1)Strategi kepala madrasah dalam membangun budaya religius(2) Kendala yang dihadapi kepala madrasah dalam membangun budaya religius di madrasah, kondisi guru di madrasah tetapi masih terkendala pendidik, kurangnya tenaga ahli, sedangkan kondisi lingkunganmadrasah juga mempengaruhi peserta didik yang baru berkembang, sedangkan dari pihak lembaga sendiri sudah memaksimalkan dari pembelajaran ektrakurikuler dan kebutuhan lain, agar berkembangnya dari budaya religius yang ada di madrasah tsanawiyah unggulan hikmatul amanah.
This article aims to find out about the role of madrasa principals' policies in improving the professionalism of teachers at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Unggulan Hikmatul Amanah. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative by using data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation and discourse. The subjects of this study were the principal of the madrasa, teacher training staff and teachers at MTs Unggulan Hikmatul Amanah. The results of this study indicate that the policies of the head of the madrasa at MTs Unggulan Hikmatul Amanah are quite good, in this case the role of the principal's policies in order to increase teacher professionalism is very dominant. The principal of madrasa implements the policy by holding monthly meetings; giving assignments; holding training, seminars, workshops; provide rewards/allowances to teachers who excel and sanctions for teachers who violate policies in madrasah. Teacher professionalism is well improved, seen in: active discipline in learning; skill development, and being able to master the material in learning.
AbstrakGame Sebagai Strategi Pendidikan Karakter. Dimasa sekarang ini pendidikan karakter sangatlah penting ditanamkan kepada anak sejak dini. Kehidupan modern dengan aktifitas sosialnya yang makin beragam dikhawatirkan bisa merubah dan mempengaruhi karakter anak. Penanaman karakter ini bisa dimulai dari lingkungan terkecil dan terdekat mereka yaitu keluarga. Selanjutnya bisa dikembangkan lagi di lingkungan pendidikan sekolah dan lingkungan masyarakat disekitar mereka. Penanaman karakter pada anak tidak hanya dilakukan lewat pemberian materi-materi pembelajaran di sekolah ataupun pembiasaanpembiasaan saja. Tapi juga bisa dilakukan melalui kegiatan yang menyenangkan yaitu bermain. Bermain ini bisa menggunakan permainan yang bersifat edukatif menggunakan media dan ataupun tanpa menggunakan media.
