The training program used by SSB ASCO did not pay attention to the intelligence aspects so that it had not been able to speak much in football matches in the city of Padang. This study aims to find out whether there is a relationship between the level of intelligence and basic techniques of football in SSB ASCO students. This research is a correlational study, with a sample of 28 students. The data analysis technique uses Pearson correlation formula. From the data analysis shows that students who have intelligence above the average have a good basic football technique. Whereas students who have low intelligence have the basic techniques of football below. Thus the level of intelligence influences students' basic football techniques. Therefore, in conducting soccer coaching it is necessary to prioritize the level of intelligence of students in order to produce good football players.
The problems that occur at Padang Sarai Children's Healthy Football Soccer School (SSB ASCO) Padang City are the training programs that have been used that have not been able to produce good players at the national level, and have not considered the intelligence aspect. Both of these aspects need attention, namely aspects of the training method and aspects of intelligence to support more effective and efficient training. The long-term goal of the results of this study can later be used as a consideration in determining the method of soccer training. In addition, paying attention to students' intelligence in conducting good soccer coaching. One way that can be used in overcoming this problem is to do exercises that are in accordance with the limits of the science of training. So in this case two forms of training methods are offered in the form of global methods and elementary methods. Then the level of intelligence is used as the moderator's variable. This means that in determining the group that will be given a global and elementary method first tested the level of intelligence, then taken the top 12 and the 12 lowest people so that the number of samples was 24 students. The results of data analysis show that: 1) In general there are significant differences, sample soccer playing skills are given elementary methods and global methods (Fh> Ft, 5.69> 4.20). 2) There is an interaction between training methods and the level of intelligence on soccer skills (Fh> Ft, 46.39> 4.20). 3) At a high level of intelligence, the global training method is more effective than the elementary training method of playing soccer skills with (Qh = 9.22> Qt = 2.71). 4) At low intelligence levels, elementary training methods are more effective than global training methods with (Qh = 4.44> Qt = 2.71).
This study aims to determine how the relationship grip strength, eye-hand coordination, and self confidence with a service. This study was conducted to tennis athletes PTL Club Padang state University. This study used the method of sampling (cencus). The samples in this study are not yet 20. Data collected by the test instrument precision service, Hand Dynamometer Grip for grp strength tes instruments and eye-hand coordination questionnaires to be confident. Result of the study are (1) There significant relationship between eye-hand coordination with the precision of service by rx2y = 0,712 and the contribution of eye-hand coordination service for the accuracy of 50,70%.
