Purpose:fulfillment of retrospective analysis of junior female handball players' tactic priorities. Material:in the research junior female handball players of 15-16 yrs age (n=60) participated. The researches were conducted in 2006, 2010 and 2016 on the base of sport schools and physical culture colleges of Ukraine. We used author's programs «Balltest» and «Handball skills». Results:indicators of junior female handball players' abilities and tactical thinking effectiveness in different periods of the research were received. Correlations of these indicators with physical potentials and throw fitness point at tactical priorities of the players. Comparative characteristic showed that junior female handball players of 2016 year of the research had better abilities for solution of complex team tasks with low sensor indicators. We found handball players' preferences to defensive and attacking actions in central zone of site. Conclusions:by universal character of tactic priorities junior female handball players of 2016 year of the research yield to the players of 2006 and 2010 years of the research. Junior female handball players of 2016 year of the research prevail in successful mental solution of position defense tactic tasks, especially in readiness to act as supporters.
The formation of the patriotic culture of young students in the modern world is a multifactorial task with many ways of solutions, the search for which is carried out in the environment of a young person - family, educational organizations and society, implementing variable and sometimes contradictory concepts. The purpose of the article is to reveal the essence and role of the pedagogical interaction of social institutions in the formation of the patriotic culture of young students and to substantiate the productive organizational and pedagogical conditions of this activity. The objectives of the study were set as following: 1) to substantiate the need for pedagogical interaction of social institutions in the formation of the patriotic culture of young students; 2) to reveal the idea of social institutions as subjects of patriotic education of young students; 3) to identify organizational and pedagogical conditions for the implementation of pedagogical interaction of social institutions in the formation of the patriotic culture of students. As a result of the study the author gave his interpretation of the concept of "patriotic culture". The result of this interpretation is a socially significant active activity of youth for the benefit of the Homeland and citizens of Russia. An idea of the pedagogical interaction of social institutions has been introduced into pedagogical practice, its essential characteristics and theoretical basis of functioning have been revealed. Organizational and pedagogical conditions have been identified that contribute to the effective implementation of the system of patriotic education of students. They include the formation of a system for managing the pedagogical interaction of social institutions; pedagogical support of personnel involved in the system of patriotic education of students; development of universal educational and methodological support programs for patriotic education of young students; creation of an open information environment of patriotic education using digital communications and network communities. The article is intended for teachers and heads of educational organizations of general and additional education, researchers, organizers of regional systems of patriotic education.
Личностные характеристики и нравственные ориентиры подрастающего поколения определяются сложившимися и принятыми социумом моральными нормами и приоритетами. Ведущие ориентиры поведения и жизнедеятельности как система ценностей обусловливают поведение человека и его поступки, формируясь с детского возраста на основе духовного и социально ориентированного воспитания. Особое место в системе ценностей отводится патриотизму - категории нравственного контура, которая оказывает существенное влияние на личность и распространяется на все население страны в контексте социально-экономической жизнедеятельности и безопасности. Поиск новых форм и ресурсов патриотического воспитания, способных привлечь молодежь к социально активной созидательной деятельности, определяет тему исследования. Авторская структурно-функциональная модель представлена через описание совокупности блоков (нормативно-целевого, теоретико-методологического, содержательного, организационно-технологического и диагностическо-результативного), последовательно раскрывающих процесс педагогического взаимодействия социальных институтов в формировании патриотической культуры учащейся молодежи. Статья предназначена для сотрудников сферы общего и дополнительного образования, работников общественных организаций, профильных ведомств, занимающихся вопросами патриотического воспитания молодежи. Personal qualities and moral guide of younger generation are conditioned by accepted moral standards. The key guidelines of behavior and living as a system of values determine the behavior of a person since childhood basing on spiritual and society-oriented education. Patriotism is given a special place in the system of values. It has a significant influence on the individual and extends to the entire population of the country in the context of socio-economic life and security. The search for new forms and resources of patriotic education that can attract young people to socially active creative activities determines the topic of the study. The author’s structural-functional model is presented through a description of a set of blocks (normative-target, theoretical-methodological, substantive, organizational-technological and diagnostic-effective), which consistently reveals the process of pedagogical interaction of social institutions in the formation of patriotic culture at young students. The article is intended for specialists of general and additional education, employees of public organizations, specialized departments dealing with issues of patriotic education of youth.
