Introduction. The purpose of the research was to provide a comparative characteristic of the dynamics of psychophysiological functions and indicators of physical and technical readiness of young footballers aged 12-13 and 15-16 years during 3 months of training. Methods. The study involved 24 football players; 12 were 12-13 years old, 12 were 15-16 years old. Parameters characteristic of determining the psychophysiological status, indicators of the nervous system work capacity, and attention indicators were analysed with the help of computer programs for psychophysiological testing. Also, the level of physical preparedness (60-m running, 1000-m running, shuttle running, pull-ups, standing long jump), and of technical preparedness (juggling, running throw) were established. Testing was carried out at the beginning of the preparatory period and at the beginning of the competition period of an annual training process cycle. The gap between the tests was 3 months. Results. Changes of psychophysiological indicators and indicators of physical and technical fitness that occurred in the observed period were more expressed among the 12-13 years old football players than in those aged 15-16 years. Conclusions. At the age of 12-13 years, emphasis should be put on the development of psychophysiological functions since at an older age the level of these functions is more difficult to influence, which can be decisive for the perfection of the athlete in football.
The article deals with modern types of sources in pedagogical historiography. Studying sources is an integral part of any science. Taking into account that pedagogical historiography considers pedagogy development and pedagogical views of scholars, it is very important to trace recent trends in educational thought. But epochs are changing, and nowadays this process is very fast, so, new types of sources are appearing. Thus, it is relevant to explore these sources. Therefore, the purpose of the paper is to study modern types of sources in pedagogical historiography. The tasks are: to find out, distinguish and describe innovative types in pedagogical historiography sources in comparison with traditional ones; to deliberate the classification of the mentioned phenomena. Such research methods as analysis and synthesis in historiography, source studies, historiography and pedagogical source studies were used. The results of the problem study allowed drawing the following conclusions. Both modern and traditional sources can be divided into types, families and kinds. Two of three types of pedagogical historiography sources (namely oral and written) have their reflection in modern means of storage and transition information. Modern kinds of oral sources can be represented by oral scientists’ reports, speeches in debates, discussions of educational issues, on-line pedagogical conferences and webinars etc. However, some of them can exist in traditional forms too (they are scientists’ speeches; consultations of scholars; discussions of educational issues). All traditional families of written sources in pedagogical historiography (namely narrative, didactic and documentary ones) have their reflection in modern means of storage and transition information. All kinds of written sources can be found both in traditional and modern forms, the exception is blogs. All varieties of sources have important but not the same meaning for pedagogical historiography. The conditional classification of modern pedagogical historiography sources was deliberated and presented in the article.
It is a common interest and understanding that providing the population with administrative services is an important aspect for the proper functioning of every given society. There is no society without the proper management of its local population. It is to this end that there is a need to examine the position of international law in seeing the administrative management of its population with emphasis in the Ukrainian government. The objective of this article is: 1) to study international experience in providing administrative services; 2) to elaborate propositions for improving the processes related to the provision of administrative services to the population. The experience of foreign countries in the field of providing administrative services to the population (in particular, the United States, Canada and Western Europe) has been analyzed. It has been emphasized that Ukraine needs to build its own system of administrative services, taking into account effective models of carrying out public administration in developed Western countries. It has been noted that the quality of administrative services to the representatives of different segments of the population is one of those criteria, which assists in assessing the effectiveness of the entire state system of the country. It has been emphasized that the service state institution, whose activity is to provide both public and private administrative and legal services, the example of which can be the above-mentioned service institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, is only part of the large-scale reform of the existing state legal mechanism in Ukraine that has to change the essence of the functioning of state agencies in this area.
