Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya kemampuan berpikir kritis dalam menghadapi tantangan kehidupan abad 21, sementara hasil penelitian awal kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa masih rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menelaah kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa setelah mendapatkan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD berbasis proyek. Metode Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan tiga siklus, dimana setiap siklus terdiri dari empat kegiatan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII pada salah satu sekolah di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes kemampuan berpikir kritis, lembar observasi dan jurnal harian. Hasil penelitian diperoleh adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata siswa pada tes kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan nilai tiap siklus berturut-turut 67,42; 75,48; 78,97. Tingkat kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa meningkat namun belum signifikan karena perlu adanya pembiasaan dan tidak bisa didapatkan dalam waktu yang singkat. Peningkatan aktivitas siswa didalam kelompok sangat menunjang peningkatan aktivitas berpikir kritis. Siswa memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap pembelajaran, siswa lebih memahami setiap materi yang diberikan karena siswa sendiri yang menemukan materinya melalui serangkaian proyek menemukan rumus pada materi lingkaran. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SMP dapat ditingkatkan melalui penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD berbasis proyek.
The purpose of this study is to measure the accountability of village funds management in Kabupaten Bangka. In relation to the Village Funds program which is a government program, the measurement of accountability of Village Funds management uses accountability principles consisting of Transparency, Liability, Controlling, Responsibility and Responsiveness which are the principles of accountability developed by the United Nations Development Program in measuring bureaucratic accountability. This research is a qualitative research by taking data from several villages in Bangka Regency. As well as qualitative research, the data taken in this study using snowball sampling method, where researchers take data by conducting in-depth interviews until the data obtained until the condition is saturated, meaning there is a repetition of the same information at the time of data collection. The results of this study indicate that villages in Bangka Regency have met the accountability principles of 5 (five) starting from planning, implementation and reporting when measured from 5 (five) accountability principles consisting of Transparency, Obligation, Controlling, Responsibility and Responsiveness.
The purpose of this research study is to analyze and empirically prove the effects of attitude towards behavior, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on behavioral intention related to accepting the financial aggregator technology of CekAja.com. It is a quantitative study of Pangkalpinang society using an incidental sampling technique. To determine the sample size, the Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) method was used. To collect the primary data used in this study, this writer conducted field research (by means of online and in person questionnaires) as well as a review of relevant literature. To analyze the data, this writer used the Covariance Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) approach using the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) Version 22 and Statictical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 25 analysis tools. The results of the research showed that attitude towards behavior positively and significantly influenced the behavioral intention of Pangkalpinang society in accepting the financial aggregator technology of CekAja.com; subjective norms did not have significant and positive influence on the behavioral intention of Pangkalpinang society in accepting the financial aggregator technology of CekAja.com; while perceived behavioral control positively and significantly influenced the behavioral intention of Pangkalpinang society in the accepting the financial aggregator technology of CekAja.com.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether the management of rural funds has been accountable and effective in terms of regulation and institutional, fund management, supervision and human resources to be assessed using a qualitative approach.The research was conducted in rural districts receiving Rural Funds in 2015 in Aik Pelempang Jaya Village, the one of villages in Belitung Regency thar receive rural funds. Researchers used the snawball sampling technique in which researchers collected data from one respondent to another who met the criteria, through in-depth interviews and stopped when there was no new information, replication or repetition of information variations, experienced information saturation point.The results of this study indicate that overall fund management has not been done accountably and effectively. This is because there are still some things that should be the government's attention in preparing technical mechanisms of implementation and reporting of rural funds
