Guru dalam proses pembelajaran mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting. Keterampilan mengadakan variasi pembelajaran Tematik merupakan keterampilan yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang guru. Pada kondisi di lapangan masih ada beberapa keterampilan yang belum muncul atau terpenuhi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterampilan guru dalam mengadakan variasi pembelajaran tematik di kelas 1 dan untuk mengetahui respon siswa terhadap variasi pembelajaran guru kelas 1. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu berupa pedoman observasi keterampilan guru, pedoman observasi aktivitas siswa dan pedoman wawancara dengan guru. Hasil penelitian ini adalah secara keseluruhan dari kedua kelas dalam menguasai keterampilan mengadakan variasi pembelajaran tematik mendapatkan kategori baik. Perolehan skor tertinggi dari kedua kelas yaitu kelas IA sebesar 85% dengan kriteria baik, sedangkan untuk kelas IB sebesar 81.25% dengan kriteria baik. Selain itu keterampilan guru dalam mengadakan variasi pembelajaran berpengaruh pada respon siswa yang menunjukkan siswa aktif, antusias, konsentrasi, dan tertarik untuk mengikuti pembelajaran tematik dikelas
Tosari and Sapikerep villages are two villages in the TNBTS area which are included as one of the priority areas in Indonesia. Nature tourism or agro-tourism and cultural tourism are the characteristics of the two villages. Thus, Agro-Cultural based Edutourism is one of the potential developments in the village area. The pentahelix development model is considered appropriate because it is known that the two villages collaborate with 5 roles, namely government, private sector, academia, mass media, and the community. This article is the result of research conducted for 2 months using a qualitative method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and observations, where research was conducted to fully describe how the pentahelix collaboration pattern occurred. As a result, the role of various actors in the pentahelix collaboration model is quite optimal. From a regulatory perspective, the central government and regional governments have shown their role where basically the two villages have become part of the tourism priority villages which in terms of infrastructure are maximally supported by the central government. As well as with regard to licensing, it is very easy to take care of development permits and public facilities that support tourism businesses and make it easier for tourists. From the private sector, many companies and investors started arriving to work together in the two villages, through their Corporate Social Responsibility pattern. On the other hand, the media also plays an important role in efforts to introduce tourism potential so that it is more widely known by tourists, while academics work together in terms of planning that is in accordance with science, as well as the active role of the community which turns out to be open and mutually willing to build villages.
The Covid-19 pandemic, in addition its health impacts, also has a serious impact to people's socioeconomic vulnerabilities. Socio-economic vulnerabilities due to the Covid-19 pandemic forced people to adapt, one of which was a poor peasant family in rural Madura. This article presents the results of research focusing on the socio-economic vulnerability of poor peasant family as well as various efforts in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. Using descriptive qualitative approach and data collection method through participation observation, interviews, airy records, and documentation, this study revealed that the socioeconomic vulnerability of poor peasant family in Ponteh Village resulted from social restrictions so that the household income sector decreased. Though they have to adaptation meet the cost of household consumption, health threats in the Covid-19 pandemic. Adaptation strategy carried out by poor peasant family in rural areas is, first, building group solidarity according to values and norms that are strong, for example, mutual help in the form of basic needs. Second, every poor peasant family makes use of very strong family ties. Parental assistance as a source of supporting living is now a basic source used to make ends meet during pandemics. Third, poor peasant family in rural areas minimize household in spending and utilizing-social networks for business development. The contribution of this article is to provide views, efforts, accompanied by resilience in keeping the public from the threat of future pandemics.
The purpose of this study is to estimate and analyze the willingness to pay (willingness to pay) and fax tor the factors that affect the willingness to pay at Vocational High School in the of Semarang. The method used is Contingent Valuation Method (CVM) and multiple linear regression analysis. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents, the sampling technique was done by purposive sampling and proportional sampling. The results of this study indicate that the average willingness to pay (WTP) of households in Vocational High Schools in Semarang is Rp. 167.950,00. Factors that have a significant influence on WTP values are income variables, number of household dependents, age and length of access. Whereas the factors that have no effect on willingness to pay (WTP) are parents' education variables. Based on the results of the study, the suggestions that can be put forward are the management or the government to improve the quality of the Vocational School as well as the development of a transparency policy on the collection and allocation of user fees and other resources
