ABSTRAKAktivitas layanan maskapai penerbangan setiap tahun semakin menarik perhatian masyarakat. Persaingan ketat untuk memberikan layanan terbaik dan harga terjangkau malalui berbagai promosi ditawarkan oleh berbagai maskapai penerbangan. Proses bisnis pemasaran yang dilakukan dengan baik tentu saja akan berdampak besar pada daya saing sebuah maskapai penerbangan. Proses bisnis pemasaran pada maskapai penerbangan XYZ masih belum sepnuhnya efisien dan belum mengimplementasikan teknologi terbaru. Hal ini berdampak terhadap daya saing maskapi penerbangan XYZ dalam menarik calon pelanggan. Penelitian ini melakukan analisa dan rancang ulang proses bisnis pada divisi pemasaran maskapai penerbangan XYZ untuk memperbaiki kinerja, efisiensi, efektivitas dan kemampuan dalam beradaptasi terhadap perubahan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Business Process Redesign (BPR). Penelitian ini menggunakan notasi Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) dalam menganalisa dan merancang ulang proses bisnis divisi pemasaran maskapai penerbangan XYZ.ABSTRACTAirline service activities are increasingly attracting public attention year after year. Fierce competition to provide the best services and affordable prices is undertaken by airlines through various promotions. A proper marketing business process will have a significant impact on the competitiveness of an airline. The marketing business process at XYZ airline is still not fully efficient and has not implemented the latest technology. This has an impact on the competitiveness of airline XYZ in attracting prospective customers. This study analyzes and redesigns the process business of the marketing division of XYZ airline to improve its performance by increasing efficiency, effectiveness and its adaptability to changes by using Business Process Redesign (BPR) approach. This study uses the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) in analyzing and redesigning the business process of the XYZ airline marketing division.
Covid-19 has now spread to almost all parts of the world which has caused changes in the social order of life for humans. The spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia is relatively high, so the Indonesian government has adopted a policy using social distancing (large-scale social restrictions). Various pressures experienced by residents tend to result in excessive stress and emotions. This can have an impact on the occurrence of violence in families and generally the victims are adolescents. Physical abuse is an act that can cause physical pain such as slapping, strangling, hitting, kicking, stabbing, twisting the arm, threats with sharp weapons or weapons, and murder. The method used in this research is descriptive analytical method. The research sample was 192 people from various provinces in Indonesia aged 10-24 years. The results of this study revealed that some of the physical abuse behaviors were obtained by adolescents at elementary school age, namely in the age range of 10 years or more with details, including hard encouragement by others with a total of 48 (25.0%), getting hit with a hand with a total of 38 ( 52.8%), getting slapped by other people with a total of 43 (22.4%), getting hit with a hard object from another person with a total of 22 (11.5%), having been pushed and also being arrested with a total of 16 (8.4%), having been pelted with something painfully from others with a total of 24 (12.5%), and had received treatment in the form of being bitten, punched, and kicked by another person with a total of 26 (13.5%). Physical abuse can have long-term effects, such as physical and psychological disturbances from the teenager, which can even lead to death. In addition, physical abuse can also cause adolescents to experience mental disorders such as depression and show traumatic symptoms.
The Covid-19 pandemic has now spread to all parts of the world, including Indonesia. The existence of this pandemic trigger problems such as mental health disorders in the form of stress and so on that can trigger verbal violence. Verbal abuse or by other names verbal abuse is an act that is verbally carried out continuously which can affect the victim's emotions. The method used in this research is descriptive analytical method. The research sample was 192 people from various provinces in Indonesia aged 10-24 years. The results of this study are uncomfortable feelings due to someone's words which generally occur 1 to 2 times (34.9%), 3 to 5 times (25%), 6 to 10 times (7.8%), and more than 10 times. times (21.9%) and often occurred during high school (30.2%) and happening now (24.5%). The words that parents are uncomfortable with each other or other people at home mostly occur 1 to 2 times (28.1%), 3 to 5 times (11.5%), 6 to 10 times (4.7%), more than 10 times (12%) and occurs in the present (20.8%). Uncomfortable words from parents that are done to teenagers are happening now (25.5%) and are often done 1 to 2 times (29.2%). The worst impact of verbal abuse is when adolescent try to commit suicide because they feel they are no longer worthy.
The purpose of writing on the study was to know and analyze the carried out of the teaching activities performed by the student keat in the wagir village ward. The method used is a qualitative descriptive study method using a two-form teaching technique - the teaching at school and outside the school guidance of the home-study system. As for research obtained on school teaching activities during 3 meetings, student motivation in learning increases. While in home study programs, the evaluations made at each meeting are obtained that an increased level of student motivation is generated from a change of behavior in the realm of affective senses. As for the increase in attendance attendance at any meeting of the home learning program also indicates a student's enthusiasm in following the learning process.
