Abstrak-Saat ini perangkat lunak sudah menjadi kebutuhan primer di setiap perguruan tinggi. Pengujian perangkat lunak merupakan satu hal yang penting dalam menentukan kualitas perangkat lunak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan fungsi perangkat lunak dan menguji kualitas perangkat lunak Sistem Informasi Akademik (SIAK) di Politeknik Negeri Jakarta (PNJ). Pengujian ini menggunakan kerangka kerja McCall pada lingkup product operation dimana hal yang diuji adalah faktor correctness, reliability, efficiency, integrity, dan usability. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada mahasiswa PNJ yang berisi faktor kualitas perangkat lunak yang akan digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner yang diperoleh dari tanggapan mahasiswa terhadap SIAK PNJ, masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan setelah dilakukan pengujian meliputi faktor kualitas dari sisi correctnes, efficiency, dan integrity. Sedangkan dari faktor usability dan reliability dapat dinyatakan bahwa SIAK PNJ telah memenuhi faktor kualitas perangkat lunak serta kebutuhan mahasiswa PNJ.
Maturity models guide the achievement of competency maturity levels.
This study aims to develop a competency maturity model for Scrum team
members in Global Software Development (GSD environments. Each Scrum
role, such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Developers, has a unique
set of competencies at each maturity level. We developed the maturity
model by conducting in-depth interviews with global Scrum practitioners.
We also conducted a comparative study to determine the most appropriate
maturity model reference. The maturity model’s validation uses expert
judgment involving experts in academia and industry. The maturity model
in this study is inspired by CMMI 2.0, while Scrum and Agile Maturity
models inform the maturity levels. Results reveal that each maturity
level consists of a set of practice areas in which each practice area
may exist in several maturity levels. The practice area contains a set
of competencies with an arrangement of capability levels based on the
standards by adopting the Skills Framework for the Information Age
(SFIA) and the European e-Competence Framework (e-CF). In conclusion,
the resulting maturity model is helpful as a guide for increasing
competence gradually and measurably. This model can also develop
assessment tools to measure competency maturity levels.
Let's Go Outside Travel is a company engaged in the service. Services offered are open-trip travel and tours combined. Tours provided by the travel easier for customers to travel schedules and facilities that are already programmed. The technology can help this is to develop a web-based system for travel agencies Let's Go Outside in the promotion. To meet the demands of the importance of managing the data do the booking, the travel party decided to create a web application that serves to promote new tourism by using google maps API, add a photo documentation and facilitate the process of confirming the transaction with SMS Gateway technology. These include web application design business processes in the travel Let's Go Outside. This design using waterfall method. This method uses a real way and clear for every step of the manufacturing system. The web applications created using CodeIgniter framework, the application has been undergoing testing stages. The results showed that the application has been successfully meeting the user needs with the success rate is 85.7% of 13 respondents.
