Inherent scarcity of thermal sources with a time varying temperature profile is the reason why the Thermo electric-based energy harvesting is not as prominent as its counterpart , thermoelectric generators, in the thermal energy harvesting domain. The main focus of the work is to modulate the concentrated solar radiation using a vertical axis wind turbine for producing higher rate of change of temperature on the Thermo electric material. In a typical demonstration of thermoelectricity, one part of the device is kept at one temperature and the other part at a different temperature and the result is a permanent voltage across the device as long as there is a temperature difference.

Penelitian ini yang berawal dari pengalaman pada saat mengikuti Praktek Kerja Lapangan di Mesra Business and Resort Hotel Samarinda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Food and Beverage Department Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Di Mesra Business and Resort Hotel Samarinda. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif. Populasi di penelitian ini yaitu konsumen yang pernah makan dan minum di Food and Beverage Department Mesra Business and Resort Hotel Samarinda. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik acak sederhana (simple random sampling) dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden. Untuk data primer didapat melalui penyebaran angket dan untuk data sekunder didapat langsung dari HRD Mesra Business and Resort Hotel Samarinda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 24. Hasil dari penelitian yakni: (1) Reliabilitas ada dikategorikan tidak berpengaruh (2) Daya Tanggap ada dikategorikan berpengaruh signifikan (3) Jaminan ada dikategorikan berpengaruh signifikan (4) Empati ada dikategorikan tidak berpengaruh (5) Bukti Fisik ada dikategorikan tidak berpengaruh. Kemudian hasil dari uji hipotesis regregi linear berganda nilai F dengan sig (0,00) < 0,05 maka bisa dinyatakan bahwa Kepuasan Konsumen secara signifikan dengan nilai R square 0,00. Jadi kontribusi Kualitas Pelayanan Food and Beverage Department Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen 44,3% dan 55,7%. Kemudian diperoleh nilai t 5.278 dengan taraf sig. 0,00 < 0,05. In a tertiary institution, the existence of lecturers is needed to carry out the tridharma activities of higher education and it is the responsibility of the lecturers themselves. Higher Education Tridharma covers Education, Research and Service. There are several problems that researchers see related to the performance of lecturers, especially for the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi Higher Education. So far, the processing of lecturer performance data at the University of Muhammadiyah Jambi is carried out conventionally, namely inputting data into Microsoft Excel by the admin on duty and additional files that have been submitted by each lecturer are simply stored on the computer without a data center or centralized data storage. . The purpose of this study is to analyze and design a lecturer performance report information system that is able to simplify business processes, use lecturer performance reports according to needs and process lecturer performance data which includes identity data, lecturer tridharma data, and other supporting data more effectively and efficiently by system prototyping method that produces a web-based lecturer performance report information system at the Muhammadiyah University of Jambi to overcome existing problems
