The library is the heart of a university that has such extensive benefits. The existence of a library also supports the continuation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The influence and utilization of technology (Digital Library), balanced with basic retention in the use of technology, can make it easier for students with disabilities to get information and facilitate communication with others. Therefore, it is important for the environment both the family environment and friendly environment to introduce the use and use of electronic goods. Through this research, it is known the Digital Library media literacy study on Universitas Brawijaya Blind Students. This study aims to analyze the media literacy of the blind for the Digital Library of Universitas Brawijaya and to find out the supporting factors and factors that inhibit the mastery of media literacy for the blind to the Digital Library of Universitas Brawijaya. This study uses a type of case study research with a qualitative approach while data collection in this study uses qualitative observation techniques, qualitative interviews, reviews information obtained through documents, audio-visual material, and documentation results during the research process.

The Village Library has full responsibility in terms of empowering knowledge for the community. This is because the village library has a strategic position in rural communities. The empowerment of this knowledge is very closely related to the achievement of prosperity both materially and nonmaterial. In the empowerment of knowledge refers to the existing conditions of the village library, potential maps, and problems that exist in the Paseban Village community. This research uses a case study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation, audio-visual material (Creswell). Analysis of the data used is Creswell data analysis. The researcher chooses to use qualitative validity and reliability to demonstrate the validity of the data as well as the accuracy of the research results. The results of this study are that the Paseban Village Government has carried out empowerment related to tourism development, BumDes, and through the provision of the internet. However, it is not under the auspices of the village library. The empowerment carried out is partial, not centered on the village library. Paseban Village Government has not fulfilled the three aspects of empowerment, namely a) enabling, b) empowering, and c) protecting. So that there is a need to develop a model of knowledge empowerment in the Paseban Village Library, including: a) enabling (village library as a center of knowledge, village library creates an atmosphere that allows the potential of the community to develop by maximizing the function of the library; b) empowering (strengthening the village library as a center of knowledge , strengthening the village library in creating an atmosphere that enables the potential of the community to develop by maximizing the function of the library with concrete steps, the concept that is in enabling is practiced with concrete steps and the availability of infrastructure that can support the creation of community empowerment; c) protecting ( the village library as a knowledge center establishes an information center that can protect and defend the community in terms of knowledge and information related to the distribution of the results of community innovation, the village library covers everything needed community in developing welfare literacy. Keywords: village library, knowledge empowerment, welfare literacy. Abstrak Perpustakaan Desa mempunyai tanggung jawab penuh dalam hal pemberdayaan pengetahuan bagi masyarakat. Hal ini dikarenakan perpustakaan desa mempunyai posisi yang strategis dalam masyarakat pedesaan. Pemberdayaan pengetahuan ini sangat erat kaitannya dengan pencapaian kesejahteraan baik secara materi maupun nonmateri. Dalam pemberdayaan pengetahuan mengacu pada kondisi eksisting perpustakaan desa, peta potensi, dan permasalahan yang ada pada masyarakat Desa Paseban. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, materi audio-visual (Creswell). Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data Creswell. Peneliti memilih menggunakan validitas dan realibilitas kualitatif untuk menunjukkan keabsahan data sekaligus keakuratan hasil penelitian. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Pemerintah Desa Paseban sudah pernah melaksanakan pemberdayaan terkait pembangunan wisata, BumDes, dan melalui penyediaan internet. Akan tetapi, tidak di bawah naungan perpustakaan desa. Pemberdayaan yang dilakukan bersifat parsial, tidak terpusat pada perpustakaan desa. Pemerintah Desa Paseban belum memenuhi tiga aspek pemberdayaan, yakni a) enabling, b) empowering, dan c) protecting. Sehinggan perlu adanya pengembangan model pemberdayaan pengetahuan pada Perpustakaan Desa Paseban, antara lain: a) enabling (perpustakaan desa sebagai pusat pengetahuan, perpustakaan desa menciptakan suasana yang memungkinkan potensi masyarakat dapat berkembang dengan memaksimalkan fungsi perpustakaan; b) empowering (memperkuat perpustakaan desa sebagai pusat pengetahuan, memperkuat perpustakaan desa dalam menciptakan suasana yang memungkinkan potensi masyarakat dapat berkembang dengan memaksimalkan fungsi perpustakaan dengan langkah-langkah nyata, konsep yang ada pada enabling dipraktikkan dengan langkah-langkah nyata dan tersedianya sarana prasarana yang dapat mendukung terciptanya pemberdayaan pada masyarakat; c) protecting (perpustakaan desa sebagai pusat pengetahuan mendirikan juga pusat informasi yang dapat melindungi dan membela masyarakat dalam hal pengetahuan dan informasi terkait pendistribusian hasil inovasi masyarakat, perpustakaan desa meng-cover segala hal yang dibutuhkan masyarakat dalam mengembangkan literasi kesejahteraan. Kata kunci: perpustakaan desa, pemberdayaan pengetahuan, literasi kesejahteraan.

Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi -FPIPS IKIP PGRI MADIUN ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio Altman Modifikasi terhadap prediksi kebangkrutan. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di BEI. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sejumlah 32 perusahaan property dan real estate yang menerbitkan laporan keuangannya selama tahun 2011-2013. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi logistik (logistic regression). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) working capital/total asset tidak berpengaruh terhadap prediksi kebangkrutan; (2) retained earning/total asset tidak berpengaruh terhadap prediksi kebangkrutan; (3) earning before interest and tax/total asset berpengaruh terhadap prediksi kebangkrutan; (4) market value of equity/book value of equity tidak berpengaruh terhadap prediksi kebangkrutan; (5) rasio Altman Modifikasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap prediksi kebangkrutan. Rasio Altman Modifikasi terbukti secara bersama-sama dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi kebangkrutan. Situasi dimana suatu perusahaan menghadapi masalah kesulitan keuangan sering disebut dengan financial distress dan jika kondisi kesulitan tersebut tidak cepat diatasi maka bisa berakibat kebangkrutan usaha (bankruptcy).Upaya untuk menghindari kebangkrutan perlu dilakukan oleh suatu perusahaan agar tetap bertahan di dunia usaha maupun bisnis baik untuk perusahaan yang sudah go public ataupun belum go public. Hal ini dikarenakan kebangkrutan perusahaan akan menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan seperti meningkatnya angka pengangguran, meningkatnya angka kriminalitas, berkurangnya pendapatan Negara, serta dampak lain pada perusahaan yang selama ini menjadi mitra kerja perusahaan yang mengalami kebangkrutan. Community empowerment through the Village Library is a very important tool in increasing the information literacy of rural communities. In the management of the library, the collection is the main thing and human resources are very important in maintaining the existence of the library itself. Subdistrict Junrejo not yet has people who are able to give responsibility for developing and managing the village. Related to these things this dedication to providing training and assistance in processing library collection. The output targets of this devotion are: a) to enrich and add to the repertoire of concepts and theories about the processing of printed and non-printed materials; 2) developing models and strategies on collection management in the development of a village library; c) subdistrict officials and village offices have knowledge of development and have the ability to carry out library material processing activities; and d) communities with sub-districts that can be used to develop education, reading interest, and information literacy. Training in this task is the employees of village and sub-district offices and kindergarten teachers in Junrejo Subdistrict. The implementation method used is theory and practice. Based on the realization and problem solving that has been implemented shows that the overall activity of this devotion has been run in accordance with the objectives, targets, and benefits that have been planned. So that the employees of the sub-district office, village office, and kindergarten teachers in Junrejo Subdistrict, Batu City get provisions to apply knowledge about community empowerment through village libraries and village library management.
