The relevance of the research on the issues of governmental protection of the environment and reducing the adverse impact on the environmental situation of the agglomeration is due, first of all, to important problems in developing a favorable environment and protecting it in the regions with a large number of urban settlements.
This article outlines the results of the study of innovative processes and modernization of the agroindustrial complex in the Russian Federation, determined by Russia joining the World Trade Organization, strengthening of the food crisis, and other worldwide processes. We have considered and analyzed the facts and features determining innovation and modernization tendencies of agroindustrial production in the Russian Federation, and revealed the problems occurring during introduction of innovations and various knowledge-intensive designs. In addition, we considered the possibilities for modernization of the agroindustrial complex depending on the type of agricultural activity, and outlined possible ways of overcoming the difficulties over the course of innovative processes and the modernization of Russian agriculture, taking into account modern sociopolitical and economic realities and requirements. At the same time, the study provides an analysis of statistical data that clearly substantiate the state of modern agriculture in the Russian Federation and the prospects for its development. Moreover, the article reflects the issues of the formation and implementation of the state policy in innovation and modernization, highlights its main approaches and objectives, the implementation of which will allow avoiding the impact of the global food crisis and ensuring the food security of the Russian Federation.
This article features a topical research, which is determined by the state of the economic sphere of life of modern Russian society. It focuses on the agricultural economic field of activity represented by agricultural enterprises. In the process of researching issues raised in the article, we have used general and specific scientific research methods, such as observation, analysis and synthesis, deduction and induction. They are what made it possible to identify economic risks that affect the financial stability of economic entities. We have focused on the financial risks of agricultural enterprises. Activities in agriculture are risky, and the growth of agricultural production, financial stability, etc., depends on how subjects overcome economic risks of various types. It is no secret that the growth of agricultural production is largely shaped by export economic operations. Thus, this leads to a drop in domestic consumer demand. Economic risks can lead to financial insolvency of agricultural enterprises. The article focuses on the specifics of the bankruptcy procedure of an agricultural organization. We provide quantitative indicators on declaring a debtor bankrupt by sectors of the economy for 2017 and 2018, including ones for bankruptcies of agricultural enterprises in the Krasnoyarsk region. Using systematic approach, we come to the conclusion about the main problems associated with the financial insolvency of agricultural enterprises.
This article discusses the technical capabilities and results of the application of modern technologies for geological exploration, well drilling, development and operation of offshore oil and gas fields on the Arctic and sub-Arctic shelf of Russia. Based on the scientific and production experience of the authors, analysis of the results of search and exploration in the seas of the Arctic and the Far East, a consistent system of technologies for geological exploration is proposed. The use of such an integrated set made it possible to discover large and unique oil and gas fields in the Barents-Kara region (Medynskoe-more, Dolginskoe, Varandey-more, Kamennomysskoe and others). The features of geophysical work and technologies for achieving high quality seismic material the transition zone (land-sea) in the Ob bay, where due to the presence of permafrost in the upper part of the geological section, there is a significant change in the velocities and absorbing properties of rocks, are shown. Using the example of the Varandey-more field, a technology for integrating 3D deep-sea seismic data and seismic surveys in the land-sea transition zone is described, which made it possible to update the geological model of the field, detail the structural plans of oil-bearing horizons. As a result, after the completion of the interpretation of the survey data in the transit zone, it was recommended to drill an exploration well in the southern part of the field. It has been substantiated that the efficient shelf field exploitation is ensured through the use of new technologies (drilling of long horizontal wells; 4D seismic surveys at the Piltun-Astokhskoye and Lunskoye fields; well designs providing high gas production rates; subsea production at the Kirinskoye field).
