BMT Latansa Gontor is one of thefinancial institutions that runs its business activities always prioritizing thesatisfaction of its customers, including serving people who want to apply for fundingor save their assets. Various facilities have been offered by BMT Latansa Gontorto make it easier to carry out customer transactions. The services provided byBMT Latansa by following technological developments are not as sophisticatedand as advanced as other Islamic Financial Institutions. But the best service tocustomers is the core of the application of current technological developments.Where most of the Latansa Gontor BMT customers have a background that isnot too middle to upper so that the development of technology and servicesprovided at this time can influence and improve services for Latansan GontorBMT customers. Where the service makes it easier for their affairs and alsoincreases the quality of service to BMT Latansa Gontor customers.
Basically, Islamic financial institutions have existed since the time of the Prophet SAW, but their development and inauguration have been initiated today. The existence of this institution is intended to restore the community's economic system to what has been regulated by religion with all its orders and prohibitions. The type of development is increasingly becoming an alternative to every conventional economic transaction. Islamic financial institutions in the community's view are positive enough to avoid conventional economic systems, but there are also those who think negatively due to cases experienced by a number of Islamic financial institutions. The potential possessed by Islamic finance institutions is quite large both from macro and micro economies, especially for national development through poverty reduction and gap reduction.
Bank Syariah memiliki fungsi menghimpun dana dari masyarakat dalam bentuk titipan dan investasi dari pihak pemilik dana. Strategi baru telah dikembangkan dan diperkenalkan kepada industri perbankan syariah. Sebagai bentuk responden dari kebutuhan masyarakat tersebut, maka Bank Syariah memberikan jasa pelayanan kepada nasabah dalam bentuk jasa pelayanan keuangan untuk mengalihkan transaksi non Syariah (konvensional) yang telah berjalan menjadi transaksi yang sesuai dengan Syariah dengan memberikan jasa pembiayaan produk cicil emas yang di dasarkan dengan landasan hukum pada Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional. Dalam penelitian ini penulis membahas Analisis Pembiayaan Murabahah pada Produk Cicil Emas ditinjau dari Penerapan Fatwa DSN MUI No: 77/DSN-MUI/V/2010. Sehingga diharapkan mampu mengetahui bagaimana konsep mekasime penerapan akad dalam melakukan pembiayaan produk cicil emas dan juga landasan Fatwa DSN MUI. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif. Adapun untuk mendapatkan data-data pegawai dan nasabah yang melakukan pembiayaan produk cicil emas, penulis melakukan 3 cara yaitu dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, data yang terhimpun kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa praktik pembiayaan murabahah pada produk cicil emas di Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Pembantu Ponorogo sudah sesuai dengan fatwa DSN MUI No: 77/DSN-MUI/V/2010 tentang jual beli emas secara tidak tunai. Faktanya dalam praktik cicil emas pada Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Pembantu Ponorogo harga emas tidak bertambah selama akad berlangsung meskipun ada perpanjangan waktu setelah jatuh tempo, emas dijadikan jaminan dengan akad rahn dan disimpan di Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Pembantu Ponorogo, emas yang dijadikan jaminan tidak berubah akad dan tidak berpindah kepemilikan dan tetap disimpan di brankas Bank Syariah Mandiri Kantor Cabang Pembantu Ponorogo.
The phenomenon of buying and selling online through various features that place lower prices attracts buyers. The low price outside the normal price makes the people who see it interested in joining the program on Bukalapak's exciting attack feature. There is a lack of clarity in the terms of the contract and its implementation in the purchase of an item in the Bukalapak attack feature, it is stated that the initial contract is a sale and purchase contract but the item is drawn to get the winner of the item. So it is necessary to conduct research to discuss the analysis of the contract on this transaction. This study aims to determine the contract used for the online buying and selling transaction model of the Bukalapak attack feature. This research is qualitative in nature, with a descriptive analytical approach. This type of research is a library (library research) with the method of textbook analysis and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the pillars of buying and selling have fulfilled the elements in the sale and purchase contract. However, there are defects in the Kabul agreement, namely different payment times, the delivery of goods to buyers is not on time. The time is different because the sale and purchase agreement was originally a unidan system so buyers were randomly selected.
