This study aims to analyze the effect of authentic leadership and affective well-being on the affective commitment of employees at PT Daya Cerdas Bangsa. The type of research is quantitative research. The population of the study is all employees of PT Daya Cerdas Bangsa. The sampling technique used purposive sampling in order to obtain a sample of 200 employees. The research method was conducted by survey using google form with a five-point Likert scale. The data analysis technique used SPSS and Amos. Based on the test, it can be said that authentic leadership has a positive and significant effect on affective well-being. Authentic leadership has a positive and significant effect on affective commitment. Affective well-being has a positive and significant effect on affective commitment. In addition, authentic leadership can have a direct effect on affective commitment or through the mediation of affective well-being. This study found that the positive effect of the third variable was 48.5%, 43.8%, 45.1%. influenced by other factors. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan autentik dan kesejahteraan afektif terhadap komitmen afektif karyawan di PT Daya Cerdas Bangsa. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian ini seluruh karyawan PT Daya Cerdas Bangsa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 200 karyawan. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan survei menggunakan google form dengan skala likert lima poin. Teknik analisis data menggunakan SPSS dan Amos. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan autentik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan afektif. Kepemimpinan autentik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif. Kesejahteraan afektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif. Selain itu kepemimpinan autentik dapat berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap komitmen afektif ataupun melalui mediasi dari kesejahteraan afektif. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pengaruh positif dari ketiga variabel sebesar 48,5%, 43,8%, 45,1%. Selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
The school is a professional learning community. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of professional learning communities (PLC) in improving the quality of schools. The method used in this research is a mixed method that is carried out in two stages. The correlational method was used to examine the correlation between school quality and the implementation of the PLC programme. Experimental methods are used to examine whether PLC can improve school quality. This study involved 3 secondary schools with an average age of 14–18 years. The results show that there is a high correlation between the level of school quality and the implementation of the PLC programme. In addition, the PLC programme has proven to be effective in improving the quality of schools in terms of teacher competence and student academic results in the fields of language and mathematics. This research provides an overview for stakeholders in schools regarding the importance of collaboration among staff. The implication of this research is that school heads can apply PLC programmes to improve the quality of their schools by prioritising collaborative learning between teaching staff and students.
