Problems in the implementation of women empowerment activities organized by government or community institutions indicate that the number of women is large enough, yet can not be utilized all the potential for development purposes because women can not enjoy life better because of the shackles of cultural sanctions. the theoretical studies developed related to building women through entrepreneurship program is one of the reasons to empower women to be able to create entrepreneurship opportunities. This study was conducted using research and development methods with data collection techniques; literature study, observation, interview, documentation, questionnaire and test. The data are analyzed descriptively, qualitatively and quantitatively. Implementation of activities in Neglasari Village Tasikmalaya. The findings show that the implementation of entrepreneurial activities as an effort to empower women can improve the level of better family economy. The results of this activity can be concluded that the model of empowerment of entrepreneurship women is very effective to improve self-reliance.
Dosen adalah pendidik profesional dan ilmuwan dengan tugas utama men-transformasikan, mengembangkan, menyebarluaskan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, dan seni melalui pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kemampuan dosen kewirausahaan sebagai faktor determinatif dalam menumbuhkan motivasi wirausaha mahasiswa harus memiliki kompetensi kewirausahaan dan kepribadian yang baik. Upaya untuk meningkatkan minat dan motivasi mahasiswa yakni dapat dilakukan dengan cara pembuatan pusat studi kewirausahaan kampus seperti koperasi mahasiswa, koperasi mahasiswa ini diharapkan akan banyak kegiatan yang dapat dilaksanakan seperti : seminar, pelatihan, loka karya, praktek usaha, kerjasama usaha, dll. Kemudian dalam hal peningkatan Dosen sebagai tenaga pendidik ini dapat dilakukan dengan melalui berbagai cara, diantaranya sebagai berikut:1) Program pelatihan kewirausahaan untuk tenaga pendidik, 2) Program seminar, workshop, lokakarya kewirausahaan.3) Program pemagangan dosen di dunia usaha,4) Program sarasehan dengan mitra usaha,5) Program pembinaan dan pendampingan dosen baru.
In today's era of digital-based learning management, educators must have knowledge and skills in the use of digital technology in teaching and learning activities. This study aims to analyze data on the competence of digital-based portfolio assessment of Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) teachers who teach at Kindergarten and Playgroup in the city of Bandung. The research method used was descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research informants included 14 teachers, 3 principals, and 1 vice principal. Data collection techniques used in this study include in-depth interviews, non-participatory observations, documentation studies, and relevant literature. Data analysis techniques used triangulation. The results of the study include: the ECCE educators’ competence of digital-based assessment in Lengkong District, Bandung City, are categorized as low and still needs to be improved. Especially related to the knowledge and skills mastery of digital media assessment tools such as Canva and the like, to support the assessment of students' portfolio in schools. This research recommends the digital-based portfolio assessment of ECCE educators competence improvement both through continuous training and also through the establishment of a joint learning forum.
Considering the low level of public knowledge about the importance of Early Childhood Education and the low quality of management and the lack of infrastructure (in the form of APE) as well as the many assumptions from the public that Early Childhood Education can only be reached by economically capable people causing lack of motivation to involving their children in the Early Childhood Education program, it is deemed necessary to carry out a study on the optimization of the management of non-formal Early Childhood Education programs held in the community, such as the SPS Early Childhood Education Cempaka which operates in RW 09 Ciwaruga Village, Bandung Regency West. Through the application of qualitative methods with a case study approach, the results of this study reveal that the management process still does not meet the standards required by the government as the organizing program for the Similar Early Childhood Education Unit (SPS) program. Therefore, the manager must be able to define and find ways to achieve all the objectives set through the effective implementation of management functions of Early Childhood Education management.
