The software industry has become more and more concerned with the appropriate application of activities that composes requirement engineering as a way to improve the quality of its products. In order to support these activities, several computational tools have been available in the market, although it is still possible to find a lack of resources related to some activities. In this context, this paper proposes the inclusion of a module to aid in the requirements specification to a tool called Requirements Elicitation Support Tool. This module allows to specify requirements in accordance with IEEE 830 standard, thus contributing to the documentation of the requirements established for a software system, besides supporting the learning of concepts related to the requirements specification, which improves the skills of users of the tool.
-Nowadays there are many information systems which aim the decision-making, automating the processes of project management. However, many times these systems limit the specific functions related to risk management processes and do not allow the control and effective treatment of uncertain events that may affect the project goals. Thus, this paper proposes the integrated use of the Delphi Technique and Risk Breakdown Structure -RBS in order to contribute to the identification of risks, considering the opportunities and threats in a project, to enhance the beneficial effects of the opportunities and avoid the harmful effects of threats. For the evaluation of the results, it was performed the improvement of a system called System to Aid Project Managing -SAPM, in order to support the automated execution of risk management with an emphasis on risk identification process, since this is a crucial stage for risk management in projects. As a result of this work, it is observed that the combined use of the Delphi Technique and RBS allows the risk identification process can be performed fast and safely through the anonymity of those involved and global visualization of the project.
The daily use of social networks is in growth around the world and this includes niche social networks, which have as a main feature an audience segmented by some kind of affinity that particularizes a group. This paper focuses on a specific type of niche social network, which are the reading social networks, aiming to perform a qualitative analysis of this type of website The goal is to understand how the qualitative factors can affect the users and also to serve as reference for the construction of new niche social networks, based on quality factors widely used for the creation of various types of software systems. Thus, this paper aims to fill a need for specific studies of niche social networks and also the influence of qualitative factors of software in websites, helping users and developers of reading social networks.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
