Community empowerment and positive image are desired of the company’sCSR program. The purpose of this study was to analyze ( 1 ) the implementation ofcompany’s CSR communication PTPN V for community empowerment and building apositive image. ( 2 ) relationship among communication company’s CSR PTPN V withcommunity empowerment and corporate image. Research using quantitative and surveytechniques . The population in this study as many as 418 people . The sample in this studyas many as 250 people. Sampling in this study conducted proportional sampling . Theconclusions of this study is the implementation of CSR communication within the companyPTPN V for community empowerment and build a positive image is generally going well.Furthermore, there are very significant (p < 0.01) relationship among communicators,messages, channels with community empowerment and corporate image.
Community empowerment is one of the goals to be realized through the company's CSR program. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of PTPN V's CSR communication in empowering the community in Pekanbaru. The research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was 528 people. Samples were taken by accidental sampling technique of as many as 250 people analyzed using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) test. The data was processed using LISREL 8.7 software. The results of the study indicate that there is an effect of corporate CSR communication on community empowerment. The element of CSR communication that has the most effect on community empowerment is the message element. The elements of communication consist of messages, channels, and communication disturbances that affect community empowerment positively, while communicators and the communication environment have an effect in a negative direction.
The increase of dangerous drugs using cases, in Bangkinang affected the user discrete from the environment, family, society until country. The majority of dangerous drugs users are adolescent in 11 until 19 years old. In the several time, a lot of adolescent used dangerous drugs because the minimum information that their gotten. There for, DWP, BNK and Polres Kampar held socialization in SMA Muhammadiyah Bangkinang to invite them for avoiding the drugs. The intention of this research is to know the socialization effect of the dangerous drugs to the student's attitude of SMA Muhammadiyah Bangkinang.The research design used kuantitative research by descriptive method. The account of sampel is 70 people from 193 population. The sampel is decided from Quota Sampling technique, analyze method in this research used a formula P=F/N × 100%. The result of this research shows that the socialization effect of dangerous drugs to the student's attitude SMA Muhammadiyah Bangkinang can be categoried good with the precentage is 95,09% and the socialization was held by DWP, BNK and Polres Kampar to SMA Muhammadiyah Bangkinang was succesfull.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh usability terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pengunjung website Perpustakaan Universitas Riau. Usability merupakan salah satu faktor yang digunakan untuk mengukur keberhasilan sebuah website. Semakin tinggi tingkat usability makan tingkat kepuasan pengguna akan semakin tinggi juga begitu juga dengan loyalitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Penelitian dilakukan terhadap website Perpustakaan Universitas Riau dengan populasi pengunjung website 911.156 orang, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 200 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usability berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan secara langsung namun terhadap tidak signifikan terhadap Loyalitas. Sedangkan Kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas.
