Meckel's diverticulum is the most common congenital anomaly of the small intestine. Common complications related to a Meckel's diverticulum include haemorrhage, intestinal obstruction and inflammation. Gangrene due to axial torsion and enteroliths of a Meckel's diverticulum are the rarest complications that have been reported in the literature. We report a case of gangrene due to axial torsion of giant Meckel's diverticulum with multiple stones in its lumen.

Concordant loss of all 3 commonly used melanocytic markers (ie, S-100, HMB-45, and Melan-A) in a primary malignant melanoma with expression of the same in the metastatic lesion is very rare. To the best of the authors' knowledge, they documented the second case of this unusual and rare phenomenon.

Hamartomas are benign malformations composed of tissue elements normally found at that site, but which are growing in a disorganized fashion. Cutaneous hamartomas containing only neural and/or neurovascular elements are very rare, with very few case reports in the literature. Herein we describe a case of congenital neural angiomatous hamartoma of the skin.
