The analysis technique used in this research is the path analysis; hypothesis testing using t-test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that corporate social responsibility (CSR) and thecommitment of the organization can affect the performance of employees so that social responsibility becomes very important in helping improve the welfare of employees so that impact employee commitment to the organization increases and gives a good reputationfor the company to provide benefits competitive and create the maximum employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan peranan komitmen organisasi dalam memediasi pengaruh tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian eksploratori yang didasarkan pada data primer. Data primer dikumpulkan dari karyawan profesional yang bekerja pada organisasi yang berbeda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan profesional dari organisasi atau institusi yang berbeda dimana organisasi atau institusi tersebut telah melaksanakan kegiatan CSR di kota Surakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel secara acak sederhana. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur; pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR) dan komitmen organisasi mampu berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sehinggatanggung jawab sosial menjadi sangat penting dalam membantu peningkatan kesejahteraan karyawan sehingga berdampak komitmen karyawan terhadap organisasi semakin meningkat dan memberikan reputasi yang baik untuk perusahaan sehingga memberikan keuntungan kompetitif dan mencipkan kinerja karyawan secara maksimal.Kata Kunci: tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR), komitmen organisasi, kinerja
Redesigning the model of independent community empowerment program can be performed by (1) reviewing the factors to develop independent empowerment for household craftsmen in Surakarta, (2) identifying various government policy that support the development of household craftsmen's independency in Surakarta, and (3) formulate the redesigned model of independent community empowerment for household craftsmen in Surakarta. The subject of this study is household craftsmen in Surakarta, Central Java Province. This study is a research and development type, started with survey and need assessment for developing craftsmen's independency in entrepreneurship based on community's characters and values, media to implement the proposed model, action, and evaluation. This study will be conducted in Banjarsari sub-district in Surakarta municipality. Observation, interview, demonstration, and simulation will be employed in this study to collect the data. The data will be analyzed using mixed technique between descriptive and quantitative technique. Through FGD we will formulate the concept of redesigned model for developing independent community empowerment for household craftsmen. In this study we have collected the data on the potency of studied area; the data on the (2) the data on the number of prevalent entrepreneurs, (3) performing need assessment of household craftsmen in Surakarta, which will enable us to formulate the redesigned model of independent community empowerment for household craftsmen. The final aim of this study is applying the redesigned model of independent community empowerment for household craftsmen in order to achieve entrepreneurs' business independency.
This study aims to analyze the role of corporate social responsibility and support for tourist visitor loyalty which is mediated by visitor satisfaction in Karanganyar Regency. This research is a survey conducted in Karanganyar Regency. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling method used was purposive random sampling. Data collection techniques used were questionnaire, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used research instrument tests that included validity and reliability tests; linearity test and path analysis test. The results of this study indicate that social responsibility and positive ownership of visitor satisfaction. Social responsibility, satisfaction and satisfaction of visitors to visitor loyalty. The influence of corporate social responsibility and commitment to visitor loyalty is mediated by visitor satisfaction.
This study aims to investigate the role of marketing capability, operations capability, management practices and environmental investment on the environmental performance of agro-industry companies. This research conducted a survey research on all employees of 120 agroindustry companies. The samples were selected with proportionate stratified random sampling based on management level of the companies. The data were compiled from questionnaires and field observations. After the validity and reliability test, a set of classical assumptions were undergone to determine the variable relations, along with the hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression, t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that marketing capability, operations capability, management practices, and environmental investments have effects on environmental performance.
