This study aims to determine the opinions of bussines Administration students about the Jakarta State Polytechnic canteen, both the kantin bawah (kawah) and the kantin teknik (kantek). Canteen is one of the places of interest by students to meet their physical needs. In relation to fulfilling the needs of these business Administration students, what can be served in the kantin bawah or the kantin teknik is what they need and can not be what they expect either the food offered or the drinks served or other factors they get in canteen. The data analysis method used is qualitative and quantitative analysis or combination analysis. Qualitative is done by describing the results of quantitative analysis, while quantitative analysis using the formula of the attitude indeks. Data collection uses questionnaires given to respondents to obtain primary data and literature studies to obtain secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the biggest attitude index is the technical canteen which is 3.08 and for the lower canteen is 2.73. This reflects that the canteen most favored by business administration students of the Jakarta State Polytechnic is a kantin teknik. __________________________________________________________________________ Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendapat mahasiswa Adminstrasi Niaga tentang kantin Politeknik Negeri Jakarta, baik kantin bawah (kawah) maupun kantin teknik (kantek). Kantin merupakan salah satu tempat yang diminati dari oleh mahasiswa untuk memenuhi kebutuhan fisiknya. Dalam kaitannya dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan mahasiswa Administrasi Niaga ini bisa saja apa yang disajikan di kantin bawah maupun kantin teknik sesuai dengan yang mereka butuhkan dan bisa juga belum sesuai yang mereka harapkan baik makanan yang ditawarkan maupun minuman yang disajikan atau faktor-faktor lainnya yang mereka dapatkan di kantin. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitiatif dan kuantitatif atau analisis kombinasi. Kualitatif dilakukan dengan menjabarkan hasil analisis kuantitatif, sedangkan analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rumus indeks sikap. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden untuk memperoleh data primer dan studi kepustakaan untuk memperoleh data sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa indeks sikap terbesar adalah kantin teknik yaitu sebesar 3,08 dan untuk kantin bawah sebesar 2,73. Hal ini mencerminkan bahwa kantin yang paling disukai mahasiswa administrasi niaga Politeknik Negeri Jakarta adalah kantin teknik.
This study aims to obtain fact about the level of reading skills of high school graduates who continue their studies at State Polytechnic of Jakarta level one, in terms of reading skills aloud and understanding the content of their reading shown by the use of word types and in arranging sentences that are correct in grammar. The benefit of this research is to improve the reading skills of learning techniques that lead to comprehensive competencies for specific skills that shape the integrity of the reading skill competencies, namely the ability to read aloud and the comprehension of reading contents. This research uses a qualitative approach. The class sample is assigned 4 classes, namely 2 classes from D-3 Business Administration Study Program, 1 class from D-4 Applied Business Administration Study Program, and 1 class from MICE Study Program, determined based on purposive sampling method. Research subjects were students who were registered in the sample class. Data were collected using written test techniques including material to understand reading content consisting of introduction to types of words, composing sentences to answer questions and reading test aloud. The collected data is then discussed and analyzed, measured based on predetermined scores and indicators. From the data discussed and analyzed, it can be found that the average reading aloud test result is 65.6 and the average test comprehends the reading content of 75.1. Based on indicators of reading aloud test, it can be concluded that the level of reading skill reached by the senior high school graduates, are substandard, inaccurate, and unclear. Based on the indicators understanding the contents of the reading, it can be concluded that the level of skill in understanding the content of reading achieved are the correct answer but found grammatical errors.
Criminal cases depend on witness testimony. Witnesses need safety. Still, witnesses in certain cases have received threats. This paper examines the qualifications and rights of witnesses to corruption offences under Law 31 of 2014 and the application of legal protection for them in Indonesia. This research is normative. This study's data analysis is qualitative because it's narrative-descriptive. According to the study, corruption witnesses must meet formal and material conditions to be utilized as legal evidence. Articles 5, 10, 1 and 2 and 10A outline the witness's rights. Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 31 of 2014 grants witness rights from the beginning to finish of an investigation. Even if the threat isn't evident, witnesses to corruption crimes that accuse the suspect or defendant must be watched. Witnesses and their families are protected by the Witness and Victim Protection Agency.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan sistem kerja kontrak di PT NGK Busi Indonesia sudah sesuai dengan Undang-undang No. 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang menjadikan individu sebagai subjek penelitian. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan 3 (tiga) metode, yaitu wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Interpretasi data dilakukan secara bertahap mulai dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, hingga diperoleh kesimpulan akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem kerja kontrak di PT NGK Busi Indonesia sudah sesuai dengan Undang-undang Ketenagakerjaan. Ada 6 (enam) indikator yang menjadi acuan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu Pelatihan Kerja, Perjanjian Kerja, Perlindungan, Pengupahan, Kesejahteraan, dan Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja. PT NGK Busi Indonesia sudah menerapkan sistem kerja kontrak sesuai indikator dalam undang-undang tersebut. Karyawan diberikan pelatihan selama 3 bulan sebelum masa kontrak, jangka waktu perjanjian kerja selama 1 tahun dan dapat diperpanjang 1 kali dengan jangka waktu 1 tahun juga. Karyawan mendapatkan jaminan sosial, tunjangan kesehatan, transportasi, dan makan. Mereka juga mendapatkan hak cuti dan upah lembur. Sistem pengupahan menggunakan UMSP (Upah Minimum Sektoral Provinsi).
