This study aimed to determine the differences between the effectiveness of Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) and Slow Deep Breathing Exercise (SDBE) on BP of hypertension patients. The research was an experiment with a randomized pretest and posttest with three group design without a control group. The sample was 30 people with hypertension. The data were analyzed by univariate, bivariate and miltivariate. The results of the study showed a decrease in systolic and diastolic BP after the intervention to all groups. There was no significant difference on the effectiveness between the three groups after intervention. The optimal time of reduction in systolic BP in the PMR and SDBE groups occurred on day three. In diastolic BP, the optimal time of reduction did not occur. In conclusion, the three relaxation techniques effectively reduced blood pressure of hypertension patients. The effective time of blood pressure reduction occurred on the third day. The suggestion for patients from this study is the patients with hypertension can do the relaxation techniques Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) and Slow Deep Breathing Exercise (SDBE) to lower the BP to close to normal. The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of autogenic relaxation and music therapy to the level of pain in HD patients when insertion of vascular access. This study used Quasy experiment study with Post Control Only Control Group Design, which was conducted on 99 HD patients with total sampling. The results, using independent t test analysis, showed that there were similar pain levels in each group. There was no difference in the effectiveness of pain levels between HD patients who were given autogenic relaxation with HD patients who were given music therapy when access insertion (p value = 0.896, alpha = 0.05). The average level of pain in the music therapy group is (5.00), autogenic relaxation with an average level of pain (5.27) and the average level of pain in the group combined between autogenic relaxation and music therapy namely (5.06) . Music therapy has a low level of pain compared to autogenic relaxation because during music therapy does not require a large mental effort for the patient to remain in focus. Graph theory has supported chemist with topological indices which predict different physicochemical properties such as boiling point, entropy, acentric factor etc. of chemical compounds. In this article, we introduce two new topological indices called degree locating indices, based on the degree and location of the vertices, we present exact expressions for some families of standard graphs and we get the exact values of these indices for any graph of diameter two. Finally, we compute these indices for the join of graphs, book graph and firefly graph.
