Consumers today are individuals who fulfill life needs such as shopping using e-commerce. In its fulfillment, consumers can change in terms of purchasing decisions from one e-commerce to another e-commerce. This requires the company to always have a good strategy to compete in a healthy manner in terms of business. To learn about the importance of social media marketing activity, this study will find out how much influence the social media marketing activity received by e-commerce companies has on brand equity, customer relationships and repurchase intention. In addition, the study will learn how much influence brand equity and customer relationship have on an e-commerce company's repurchase intention. In this study, the survey is conducted by distributing questionnaires to respondents online where the research sample has several questions related to the habits and behavior of respondents. This research uses a sample of 210 people who are domiciled in Indonesia. In the research model, the study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis and the software used for this research is IBM SPSS AMOS. The results of the influence of social media marketing activities have the largest positive influence on customer relationships, brand equity is the main and biggest factor that positively and significantly affects repurchase intention in this research model. The accumulated experience and knowledge of consumers about a brand is a factor that can influence consumers to repurchase the same brand. Brand equity not only provides immediate benefits, but also long-term benefits by retaining consumers to continue to repurchase their products. A strong brand will make consumers always remember the brand. The study explains that customer relationships do not have any significant effect on repurchase intention. The main function of customer relationships at first and now is to try to reach their consumers more broadly, especially related to purchases, but this is not proven in repurchases, especially in this study. Customer relationships in the study did not have any significant effect on repurchase intention.
The poor quality of labor causes low productivity and competitiveness. The objective of this study was to mediate the effect of labor absorption on economic growth in the tourism area of Lombok island. This study used the total population of the Lombok island community in three popular destinations to date among others are Senggigi Beach, Kuta Beach Lombok, and Gili Trawangan Beach with a total of 275.267 respondents. This study used random sampling because the total population is more than 100 respondents. The result found that direct or indirect effects in mediating labor absorption towards economic growth in the tourism area of Lombok island are great. Other results showed a strong indicator in each variable that affects labor absorption towards economic growth in the tourism area of Lombok island namely having the skills and fair business competition
Consumer trust related to payment is an important topic in several studies of online shopping. Consumers are very concerned about security in transactions including when making payments in cashless. This study uses a non-parametric test using SmartPLS with 243 respondents used as samples. The results of this study provide information that E-payment trust is an important factor for consumer satisfaction in E-commerce in Indonesia. Trust related to payments is closely related to information security and data privacy security of consumers when making transactions on E-commerce. This study aims to analyze the performance of permanent employees and contract at the front office of The Sultan Hotel Jakarta. This study uses a variable learning orientation, the role of leader and competence to analyze the performance of employees. The population in this study is a part of the front office employees at the Sultan Hotel Jakarta both permanent employees and contract workers of less working period of one year until the work period of more than 3 (three) years. This population totaled 64 employees, among others occupy section valet parking, door girls, bellboy, concierge, front desk agent, guest relation officer, telephone operator, business center, room reservation, and assistant manager. In this study used cross-sectional design, the type of research design that collects information from a particular sample is made only once where data collection is done on only one respondent for a time. Data was collected using a questionnaire method is to provide a list of questions or the questionnaire directly to the respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study using Pearson correlation and regression. The results showed that learning orientation variable positive and significant effect on employee performance, the role of leader and significant positive effect on employee performance and competency variable positive and significant impact on employee performance. Orientation learning, the role of leader and competence together positive and significant effect on employee performance.
