Adi Soemarmo International Airport railway’s construction is an investment in the transportation sector expected to encourage the tourism sector in Joglosemar (Jogja-Solo-Semarang) Area. Adi Soemarmo International Airport (BIAS) train from Solo to the airport with a distance of about 13.5 km is an alternative to public transportation besides the preexisting DAMRI Bus service. For this reason, this research aims to obtain a probability value for choosing the mode between DAMRI Bus and BIAS Train. The variables used in this research were travel time, tariff, and waiting time using the stated preference technique. The primary data were then processed using logistic regression analysis to obtain the probability values. The results show that the probability value of the fastest travel time in the choice of condition one or scenario 9. The value obtained from comparing airport trains’ use compared to DAMRI buses saves 17 minutes, a reduced waiting time of 22.5 minutes, and cheaper ticket costs around Rp. 10,000. There was a 99.59% increase in passenger displacement from DAMRI buses to BIAS trains from all these comparisons.
Perairan Pulau Bungkutoko telah mengalami banyak perubahan yang diakibatkan adanya pembangunan jembatan serta kegiatan reklamasi, menyebabkan terjadinya sedimentasi di perairan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jenis sedimen berdasarkan karakteristik fisik oseanografi dan untuk mengetahui sebaran sedimen berdasarkan klasifikasi jenis. Pengambilan sampel sedimen mengunakan core sampel dilaksanakan pada bulan April- November 2019 di Perairan Pulau Bungkutoko kecamatan Abeli, Kota Kendari. Hasil penelitian menemukan lima jenis sedimen yaitu kerikil, pasir sangat kasar, pasir agak kasar, pasir halus dan pasir sangat halus. Dengan kecepatan arus dan cepat rambat gelombang dikategorikan sebagai arus dan cepat rambat gelombang sedang. Sebaran sedimen di Perairan Pulau Bungkutoko terdiri atas pasir agak kasar sampai pasir halus. Hal ini disebabkan oleh faktor reklamasi dan kondisi arus dan gelombang yang tidak stabil.Kata Kunci: Jenis Sedimen, Sebaran, Bungkutoko, Fisik Oseanografi
Cluster model in fisheries industry base on leading commodity is a policies initiated by the Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Affairs to promote the accelerated development of marine and fisheries sector. Palabuhanratu is one of the areas designated as fisheries industry cluster ABSTRAKModel kluster industri perikanan berbasis komoditas unggulan merupakan kebijakan yang digulirkan oleh Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan untuk mendorong percepatan pembangunan sektor kelautan dan perikanan. Palabuhanratu merupakan salah satu lokasi yang ditetapkan sebagai kawasan pengembangan kluster industri perikanan tangkap. Keberhasilan pengembangan program perlu dievaluasi melalui indikator yang terukur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memformulasikan sasaran strategis sebagai tolok ukur keberhasilan pengembangan model kluster industri perikanan tangkap di Palabuhanratu. Analisis SWOT dan balanced scorecard digunakan untuk merumuskan strategi dan tolok ukur keberhasilan program. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa sasaran strategis pengembangan kluster industri perikanan tangkap di Palabuhanratu harus dapat mensinergikan kepentingan para pelaku dan kepentingan antar sektor untuk dapat menciptakan industri yang memiliki daya saing dan produktif. Faktor keberhasilan mencakup 8 sasaran strategis, dengan 17 tolok ukur keberhasilan yang tercakup dalam 4 perspektif yaitu perpektif pelanggan dan stakeholder, keuangan, bisnis internal dan perspektif kelembagaan.
This research is to determine the level of community participation in fire prevention management in Tanjung Priuk District, North Jakarta Administrative City. The theory used in this research is Arnsteint Theorie's which is quoted by M.Nuh which was the former minister of National Education, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono era, it is an ideal theroy to determine the level of community participation. The research method is qualitative to obtain main data from interviewees. The description of the research is to get main data from valid interviewees who get envolve in prevention and fire management, also has been support by data of the field studies. Then analyze by triangulation process, to determine the level of community participation. The research indicates that the level of community participations in fire prevention in Tanjung Priuk District is informing, consulting and promising the programs to educate the community on fire and fire exhinguish drill, as well it will be an annual year. In the management process, the community is in the sevent step of the second level because the community has been the partners of the fire fighter in the scene. The community can extinguish the fire in the initial stage of fire growth.
