This study aims to analyze and compare the implementation of khiyar in online transactions at Shopee, Tokopedia, and Bukalapak. This type of research is a comparative study with a qualitative approach in comparing the implementation of khiyar at Shopee, Tokopedia and Bukalapak. This study uses primary data sources and secondary data sources, with data collection techniques in the form interviews and documentation. Data analysis in this study uses data analysis model of Miles, Huberman and Saldana. The results found that There are similarities transaction procedure that applies in the three marketplaces which are two types of khiyar applied, namely khiyar 'aib and khiyar ru'yah. Based on experienced transaction process carried out by sellers at Shopee, Tokopedia and Bukalapak, it was known that there are four sellers who both apply khiyar 'aib, while the application of khiyar aib was only applied by buyer at Tokopedia. On the other hand, khiyar ru'yah was not applied by buyers at Bukalapak but it was only applied by one buyer at Shopee and Tokopedia.
This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the role of Zakat, Infaq and Alms in Mitigating the Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic specifically on Orphans in Indonesia. This type of research was qualitative with a case study approach. Interviews, observations and documentation were used as data collection techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis uses data content analysis. This research found that there was significant role of Zakat, Infaq and Almsgiving in Mitigating the Impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic specifically on orphans in Indonesia. The strategy carried out by the Malang City BAZNAS in distribution the scholarship was that the funds disbursed come from the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) infaq funds with 15% salary deductions for three months in 2021 to donate for the recipients of assistance scholarships due to the impact of covid-19 which was approximately 200 recipients of scholarship assistance due to the impact of covid-19. The contribution of this research was to provide a concrete picture regarding the role of Zakat, infaq and alms in realizing the concrete efforts of the Islamic philanthropy system in overcoming the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia.
East Java is one of the potential provinces on the island of Java consisting of 29 districts and 9 cities. East Java is also a densely populated island, but as the population grows, so does the standard of living that must be fulfilled by the government. If this cannot be fulfilled, poverty will occur. So we need the other factors that can reduce the rate of poverty. The aims of this study is to determine the effect of the Human Development Index (HDI), Growt Rate Domestic Product (GDRP), and unemployment rates on the rate of poverty in the province of East Java in 2011 to 2018. The estimation results of the Data Panel model using Eviews 9 and Microsoft Excel 2007 software. It is known that the HDI, GRDP, and unemployment rates in 2011 to 2018 were able to reduce the number of poor people that occurred in the province of East Java. Besides variable of GRDP, variable of HDI in this study also played a major role in reducing the number of poor people. So in this case the role of the government is needed to improve the HDI in order to reduce the number of poor people in the province of East Java. Because HDI is one factor that in line with Islamic efforts in alleviating poverty.
Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan banyak pelajaran bagi masyarakat, dari sisi kesehatan hingga ke ekonominya. Pengalaman dari pandemi mengharuskan kita untuk cepat beradaptasi dalam segala aktivitas, yang awalnya secara offline saat ini lebih terbiasa dengan online. Tidak hanya itu, dari sisi ekonomi juga sangat memberikan pengaruh yang sangat besar. Banyak masyarakat yang belum dan awam dalam mempersiapkan perencanaan keuangan, terlihat di saat pandemi banyak pengeluaran yang dibutuhkan, selain itu ada pembatasan aktivitas untuk bekerja atau berjualan yang berdampak pada berkurangnya pendapatan. Pengusul berencana mengadakan program pendampingan perencanaan keuangan keluarga di Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Kota Malang. Solusi yang bisa diberikan: (a) Penyuluhan tentang pentingnya mengatur perencanaan keuangan keluarga (sakinah finance) pada keluarga (b) Pembuatan perencanaan keuangan untuk keluarga. (c) Pendampingan terhadap mitra dalam pengisian buku perencanaan keuangan untuk keluarga. Metode yang akan digunakan; (1) Penyuluhan terhadap pengurus dan anggota Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Kota Malang, (2) Focus Group Discussion, (3) Pendampingan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah pada generasi muda dan bagi yang belum atau yang sudah berkeluarga di Nasyiatul Aisyiyah agar lebih mengenal rencana keuangan, karena dengan menambah wawasan mengenai rancangan keuangan akan jadi berkompeten ketika mengelola keuangan di dalam keluarga.
This study aims to determine the performance of Sharia Mutual Funds which is very useful for investors in making investment decisions in Sharia Mutual Funds. This research focuses on Fixed Income Sharia Mutual Funds. The research data were obtained from secondary published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Bareksa in the form of a report on Net Asset Value and the Rate of Return for the period 2018-2020. The data is analyzed using a risk and rate of return approach which aims to determine the performance of Fixed Income Sharia Mutual Funds. The results reveal that the performance of Fixed Income Sharia Mutual Funds with a risk approach, namely the least risky Fixed Income Sharia Mutual Funds in 2020. By using the rate of return approach, the findings shed a light on the highest Fixed Income Sharia Mutual Funds performance in 2019. Thus, it can be concluded that the performance of Fixed Income Sharia Mutual Funds based on a risk and return approach has a low risk and positive performance.
