Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan kepada masyarakat sekitar di saat pandemi covid adalah dengan menerapkan bercocok tanam sayuran organik dilahan sempit. Selain dapat memanfaatkan lahan yang sempit untuk tanaman organik, juga dapat mengurangi limbah rumah tangga, memberikan pemahaman tentang manfaat penerapan pertanian secara organik, memberikan alternative tentang bahan-bahan insitu yang dapat digunakan untuk penerapan sistem pertanian organik, dan untuk mendapatkan jalur kemitraan untuk pemasaran produk organik. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik deskriptif, serta pada analisis data penulis malakukan berbagai penyaringan atau klarifikasi dari sumber-sumber informasi yang terpercaya sesuai yang dibutuhkan. Hasil yang dicapai yaitu pemahaman bahwa perlunya kita beralih ke konsep pertanian organik yang memperhatikan aspek ekonomi, social, dan lingkungan sehingga produk yang dihasilkan sehat dan aman dikonsumsi. Hal itu bisa dimulai dari penggunaan limbah kotoran hewan yang ada disekitar lingkungan kita untuk dijadikan pupuk organik
Program Inovasi Desa merupakan pendampingan yang dilakukan untuk mendorong pemanfaatan produk unggulan dengan meningkatkan kualitas supaya lebih baik lagi. Program inovasi desa merupakan kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan produk unggulan sebagai bentuk upaya pengabdian kepada masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan perekonomian masyarakat pada masa pandemi covid-19. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat KKN PPM edisi covid-19 bertempatkan di Desa Karangrejo, Kecamatan Kromengan, Kabupaten Malang. Penduduk asli Desa Karangrejo mayoritas pedagang jamu gendong. Himbauan pemerintah melarang warganya untuk beraktivitas diluar terlebih berkumpul dengan banyak orang guna mencegah penularan virus Covid-19 berdampak pada pedagang jamu tersebut. Pedagang jamu mengalami dampak yang luar biasa mereka tidak bisa menjual jamu dengan cara berkeliling seperti biasa sementara jamu gendong tersebut hanya bertahan sepekan saja. Hal ini juga akan menjadi kendala apabila jamu tersebut dijual secara online karena batas waktu bertahannya relatif pendek. Sehingga, kami memberikan inovasi terhadap pengemasan jamu supaya dapat bertahhan lebih lama yaitu dijadikan serbuk jamu dan dikemas secara menarik.
This study aims to determine the performance of Sharia Mutual Funds which is very useful for investors in making investment decisions in Sharia Mutual Funds. This research focuses on Fixed Income Sharia Mutual Funds. The research data were obtained from secondary published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Bareksa in the form of a report on Net Asset Value and the Rate of Return for the period 2018-2020. The data is analyzed using a risk and rate of return approach which aims to determine the performance of Fixed Income Sharia Mutual Funds. The results reveal that the performance of Fixed Income Sharia Mutual Funds with a risk approach, namely the least risky Fixed Income Sharia Mutual Funds in 2020. By using the rate of return approach, the findings shed a light on the highest Fixed Income Sharia Mutual Funds performance in 2019. Thus, it can be concluded that the performance of Fixed Income Sharia Mutual Funds based on a risk and return approach has a low risk and positive performance.
Online learning is believed to have many benefits for both the students and instructors. It is highly possible for an English conversation course for ESP students to perform the teaching and learning processes virtually. This study was carried out to design the syllabus and instructional materials for an online English conversation course for the ESP students of the business administration program. The initial step was performing needs analysis by using a questionnaire as the instrument. The results attained from the needs analysis was strengthened by interviewing the students. From the results of the needs analysis and interview, eight business-related topics were selected for 14 meetings. The learnings activities focused on the students’ oral business communication skills and focused on their written business communication skills. Visual aids in the form of videos and pictures were used to accompany the instructions given to the students. Expert validation was also carried out as a review of the designed syllabus and instructional materials. Students’ final feedback in the form questionnaire was also performed to get their perceptions on several aspects of the developed materials, learning activities, and assignments. The final product of the syllabus and instructional materials were published on the university’s LMS.
