The purpose of this study is: (1) describing the history of the formation of Dzikir Saman art in Wanagiri Village, Saketi District of Pandeglang Regency, (2) describing the development of Dzikir Saman art in Wanagiri Village, Saketi District, Pandeglang Regency in 1998-2017, (3) describing community efforts in preserving Dzikir Saman art as intangible cultural heritage in Pandeglang. The study uses historical methods consisting of heuristics, criticism, interpretation and historiography. The theoretical approaches used are cultural theory and challenge theory and response (response) from Arnold Toynbee. The study took year limits between 1998-2017. In 1998 as the beginning of the development of Dzikir Saman art in Wanagiri Village and in 2017 Dzikir Saman art in Wanagiri Village was named as Intangible Cultural Heritage by the Ministry of Education. The results of the study revealed that the art of Dzikir Saman in Wanagiri Village began from a teaching of the sammaniyah order. This sammaniyah order is a well-known teaching in Sufi science brought by Syech Samman in the 18th century. Then in the development of Dzikir Saman art in Wanagiri Village experienced the addition of function, which initially this art was only presented in religious ceremonies only on the anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad's Maulid then saw the rapid development of the times, it became a challenge for the existence of Dzikir Saman art, finally the art of Dzikir Saman was presented also in the form of performing arts, Then in its development also the art of Dzikir Saman Wanagiri Village was named as Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2017 by the Ministry of Education. Furthermore, there are preservation efforts carried out by Dzikir Saman art players, Pandeglang community and there is government carrying capacity, so that the existence of Dzikir Saman art continues to grow, these efforts include: (1) Dzikir Saman Wanagiri Village players do training every week even though this art is not staged, (2) pandeglang community always presents Dzikir Saman art in commemoration of Prophet Muhammad's Maulid, Then there is the study of Dzikir Saman art by researchers which is one form of preservation in the field of education, (3) the existence of government carrying capacity is by presenting Dzikir Saman art in a series of Pandeglang cultural festival events.
The development of informastion and communication technology demand to be able to use digital learning tools through interactive learning media. Media is an important factor in improving the quality of learning. Currently circulating application products that can be used in making history learning media. The right historical learning media is media that fosters interaction between users in responding to the material presented. For this reason, it is necessary to select the right selection and determination of history learning media applications. And from this study, some application selection criteria that need to be considered include; in addition to being cheap and affordable, an integrated application package that is simple, effective and efficient, as well as a user manual. As a case study of the active presenter application to be discussed a little. From the discussion, it is known that active presenters are applications that can meet the criteria for needs.Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi menuntut untuk dapat menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran digital melalui media pembelajaran yang interaktif. Media merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Saat ini beredar produk aplikasi yang dapat digunakan dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran sejarah. Media pembelajaran sejarah yang tepat adalah media yang menumbuhkan interaksi antar pengguna dalam menanggapi materi yang disampaikan. Untuk itu diperlukan pemilihan dan penentuan aplikasi media pembelajaran sejarah yang tepat. Dan dari penelitian ini, beberapa kriteria pemilihan aplikasi yang perlu diperhatikan antara lain; selain murah dan terjangkau, paket aplikasi terpadu yang simpel, efektif dan efisien, serta panduan pengguna. Sebagai studi kasus aplikasi presenter aktif akan sedikit dibahas. Dari pembahasan diketahui bahwa active presenter merupakan aplikasi yang dapat memenuhi kriteria kebutuhan.
This study aims to analyze the effect of the group investigation learning model on students' ability to think historically in Indonesian history learning. This research method used a quasi-experimental with a quantitative approach by taking the sample of this study through a non-probability sampling technique, namely students of class XI SMAN 3 Tangerang Regency. The research instrument used tests and data analysis techniques with inferential statistics and t-tests. The results of this study indicated that testing the t-test hypothesis on one side using the polled variant, the results obtained were t-test 3.70, while t-table 1.67. The statistical statement "3.7> 1.67," with a probability of error = 0.05, showed that the ability to think historically using the group investigation learning model was higher than the discovery learning model. The mean score for the posttest session for the experimental group = was 77.86, and for the control group = 66.50 indicated that the experimental group was 11.36 higher than the control group. So, the group investigation learning model can improve students' historical thinking skills in learning Indonesian history.
The purpose of this study discusses the distribution of Tempo Magazine during the New Order period in 1994. Methods in this study use historical methods, including: heuristic, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The results showed that the condition of the press before 1994 was an era of openness heralded by President Suharto in the introductory speech of the 46th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia on August 16, 1991, almost all mass media seemed passionate in covering or voicing facts in the community. Tempo magazine is informative and articulate presenting news of the Minister of Finance (Mar'ie Muhammad) with the Minister of Research and Technology (B.J Habibie). Conflict over the purchase of 39 former warships belonging to East Germany for USD 319 million which was severely damaged. As a result of the news, President Suharto made a strong threat to Tempo. The government issued Decree No. 123/ KEP / MENPEN / 1994 as a decree on the release of Tempo magazine. The impact of the release of Tempo magazine in 1994, emerged an act of solidarity from the womb of the press industry born the Organization of the Indonesian Journalists Alliance (AJI) on August 7, 1994.
This study aims to analyze the effects of using Banten Lama learning resources on increasing students' historical awareness and the differences in the historical understanding of students using Banten Lama learning resources and those using LKS learning resources in learning at SMAN 1 Cikeusal. The method was Quasi-Experimental Design with purposive sampling technique sampling (X MIPA 1 experimental class and X MIPA 2 control class). The research instrument used a questionnaire. Then, the data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Based on the results of the study, there were differences in the historical awareness of the experimental class students and the control class. The results of the N-Gain showed that the average value of the experimental type was 0.31 in the medium category and the N-Gain of the control class got an average value of 0.13 in the low category. It is concluded that there is an increase in students' historical awareness of learning after using the Old Banten Site as a resource. The t-test t count 2.494 > t table 1.9966 at the 95% confidence level indicated an even more significant difference in the historical awareness of students who use Banten Lama learning resources compared to the use of LKS learning resources.
