The mangrove ecosystem in Ujung Pangkah Sub-district Gresik District has an important role in living life in the delta of Bengawan Solo River. The existence of mangrove ecosystem in this sub-district is threatened by land conversion activity, especially land conversion of mangrove forest to fishpond. In addition, sedimentation activities in the Solo River led to the formation of new land in the mouth of the river that formed the mudflat. This location is an important habitat for flora and fauna. The existence of mangrove forests and emerging lands is threatened by land conversion activities into ponds. The degradation condition of mangrove ecosystem in this research is coastal change in the form of abrasion and reduction of mangrove forest area determined by spatial approach with Geographic Information System application and remote sensing. Damage to mangrove ecosystem in the period 2006 to 2016 in the form of abrasion is 177.64 hectares, while the reduction of mangrove forest area in the same period of 101.70 hectares.Key words: Geographic Information System, remote sensing, Gresik, Bengawan Solo River
Background of the study: The requirement of Archivists (archivist and records manager) in Indonesia is not equal to the quantity of graduates produced by educational institutions. In addition 4.0 with the educational requirements and the needs of stakeholders who want graduates from the archival field at the highest level should be accommodated. Therefore, educational institutions are forefront in developing archival science.Purpose: This study aims to find out how the responsibility of educational institutions in developing the knowledge of the field of archives in Indonesia in the era of information technologyMethod: This study uses descriptive qualitative, interviews, and literature studies.Findings: This study discusses the Efforts of educational institutions to improve the archival science by establishing a higher education program through the mindset of building and synergy with other elements. In addition, educational institution has responsibility in the archival field in Realizing the archival sense.Conclusion: Archival science more interpreted in a theoretical structure that supports the activities of archival practical, rather than academic disciplines. If the method is applied science, the science of archives will tend to be highly empirical making it a descriptive science. This tendency will make archival science seeks only to gather facts and less attention to the development of the concept as well as demanded by the development of science through a study. To develop scientific archives in Indonesia, the necessary synergy between archival institutions, archival professional associations, educational institutions allied, as well as among students in educational institutions. This must be done with the agreement in the field of archives that apply universally to realize the creation of the organization of archives in Indonesia better.
Perkembangan teknologi informasi di era digital yang pesat dan masif di semua bidang tentu akan berpengaruh baik secara langsung maupun tidak terhadap pengelolaan arsip. Salah satu pengaruh tersebut adalah dengan terbentuknya Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kearsipan yang merupakan infrastruktur pengelolaan arsip berbasis digital. Kajian ini menjelaskan mengenai peran Sistem Informasi Manajemen Kearsipan dalam pengelolaan arsip dengan mengambil studi kasus pada Kementerian Sekretariat Negara (Kemensetneg). Sistem Informasi Manajemen Arsip (Sim Arsip) merupakan aplikasi manajemen dan pengelolaan arsip dinamis inaktif di Kemensetneg. Salah satu tujuan pengembangan Sim Arsip adalah tercapainya pengelolaan arsip dinamis inaktif secara terintegrasi.
The purpose of this study was to determine patterns in the hajj waiting list by the Ministry of Religious Affairs Regional Office in Central Java, and the pattern of financial management of the waiting list in the pilgrimage by the Ministry of Religious Affairs Regional Office in Central Java in the view of Islamic economics. This research uses a qualitative method. Approach method used normative juridical. Data types are primary data types and secondary data types. Sources of data used are primary, secondary and tertiary data sources. Data analysis used is qualitative data analysis that is deductive. The results showed (1) the implementation of Hajj conducted by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Central Java Regional Office actually only adjust to the provisions of the Ministry of Religious Affairs. (2) The pattern of financial management of the waiting list (Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MORA) Provincial/District just register and financial payments of hajj directly to account of religious ministry center. The conclusions of this study is the provision of Religious Affairs Center in the organization of the pilgrimage to the pattern waiting list quota of pilgrims in 2013 in Indonesia 211,000 people so discretion is divided 33 provinces in accordance with the Muslim population, while Java was getting quota 23 719 distributed in 35 counties and cities more than 678. The financial system is wadiah amanah, so that the system/how to finance work on the waiting list will not increase due to the result /loss.
Mangrove ecosystem in the Sub-district of Ujung Pangkah, the District of Gresik, has an important role for human life, flora and fauna in the estuary of Bengawan Solo river. The existence of the mangrove ecosystem has been threatened by pollution through oil spillage from industrial activities both onshore and offshore. The aim of the study was to determine the environmental sensitivity of mangrove ecosystem against oil spillage using Geographical Information System application. Study result showed that 8.16% of the total area in Ujung Pangkah was categorized as very sensitive, and mainly located in mudflat area which was used mostly for fish cultivation. Sensitivity was dominated by sensitive category as much as 82.67% (5,919.61 ha in the mainland and 4,765.68 ha in an ocean area).Key words: Environmental sensitivity, Geographical Information System, mangrove ecosystem, oil spillage. ABSTRAKEkosistem mangrove di Kecamatan Ujung Pangkah, Kabupaten Gresik memiliki peran yang penting dalam kehidupan manusia, flora, dan fauna di delta Sungai Bengawan Solo. Keberadaan ekosistem mangrove tersebut terancam oleh polusi dari tumpahan minyak, baik dari aktivitas industri di daratan, maupun di perairan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan tingkat kepekaan lingkungan ekosistem mangrove terhadap tumpahan minyak di Kecamatan Ujung Pangkah, Gresik dengan menggunakan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geografis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat sekitar 8,16% dari total luas kawasan di Kecamatan Ujung Pangkah yang masuk ke dalam kategori sangat peka, dan terletak secara dominan pada daerah mudflat yang digunakan sebagai lahan tambak. Tingkat kepekaan didominasi oleh katagori peka (82,67%), terletak di daratan seluas 5.919,61 ha dan di lautan seluas 4.765,68 ha.Kata kunci: Kepekaan lingkungan, Sistem Informasi Geografis, ekosistem mangrove, tumpahan minyak.
