Archive management is an aspect that must be managed by schools, which still receive a lack of attention despite its importance. This lack of attention to management can be seen in elementary schools, which only rely on one school operator to manage the archives because of a lack of employees. As a result, a lot of data is not archived, damaged, lost, and unorganized. This study aims to produce a web-based one-gate digital archive by utilizing the learning.id account feature that is owned by educators and educational staff in Indonesia. The creation of a one-gate digital archive is carried out to improve the school’s archive management and to increase school digitalization, so that educational services increase. This research uses plomp’s model development research. The advantage of using a one-gate digital archive is that it allows schools to easily change the web's appearance and features needed with low-cost. The result showed that the developed one-gate digital archive was valid and reliable, with an average score of 4,7, which was included in the excellent category. The existence of one gate digital archive is expected to help the principal and teachers in managing the archive. This research still needs to examine the effectiveness of this one-gate digital archive, so further research needs to be done.

Background of the study: Student research paper have an important role in the effort to mapping scientific archival field. Scientific work in the form of a diploma student's final paper can be a representation of the real conditions of conceptual dynamics and archival practices. Therefore, this study analyzes how the relationship between student final paper and the development of archival education curriculum. Purpose: This study aims to explain the correlation of student's final paper to the scientific development of archivel science at diploma level. The approach in this study refers to descriptive analysis. Method: This study is a descriptive qualitative research The method in this study is a literature study and interviews, while the instruments used in data collection are the results of an inventory of the students final paper of the Archival Science Study Program, Vocational College, UGM from 1997-2020. The data analysis technique refers to the frequency distribution using Microsoft Excel program. Findings: The tendency of students final paper related to the study of processing and managing textual is still dominant in the field of records. In addition, the dynamics of scientific development in the archival science still refers to the practical realm to create paraprofessional graduates in their fields. Conclusion: The scientific development of archival science through discourse in an effort to develop and establish new study programs at the Diploma-3 and Diploma-4 levels is relevant, considering the needs of Arsiparis in several institutions or organizations, both in the public and private sectors. Purpose The purpose of the study is to assess the role of political power and politics in selecting, creating and preserving Liberation Movement archives in South Africa. Design/methodology/approach A review of literature focusing on liberations archives was carried out. Findings Politics and the associated power play an essential role in the selection, creation and preservation of liberation movement archives. The study found out that the African National Congress (ANC) selected the University of Fort Hare as the center to preserve liberation movements repatriated from all over the world to South Africa. The National Archives of South Africa did not play a role in the preservation of liberation movement archives. The study also noted that there existed an ineffective collaboration between the ANC and the National Archives of South Africa regarding the preservation of liberation movements archives. Research limitations/implications The study focused on the liberation movement archives created by the ANC of South Africa only. Social implications The establishment of liberation archives may promote social cohesion. Originality/value The liberation movement archives are a part of the history of South Africa and present perspectives on the history of the liberation of South Africa. This study, which builds on the post-colonial scholarship on liberation movement archives, discussed the significance of liberation archives.
