Penelitian ini berupaya untuk menyajikan bagaimana hubungan gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dengan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan realitas gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah; 2) mendeskripsikan realitas kinerja guru; dan 3) menguji korelasi antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dengan kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyahi Pondok Pesantren Al-Ikhlas Ujung Bone. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode ex post facto. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah berada pada kategori baik dengan persentase sebesar 82,25%; 2) kinerja guru berada pada kategori tinggi dengan persentase sebesar 84,21%; dan 3) korelasi antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dengan kinerja guru menunjukkan korelasi positifi yang berada pada tingkat hubungan rendah dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,292. The research aims to Effect of Principal Supervision on Teacher Pedagogic Competencies at Public Elementary School 237 Aletellue in Soppeng Regency.This research use quantitative methodology with correlational ex post facto design to explain the research questions. To understand the issue, this research use methodological approach (quantitative-positivistic) and scientific approach (pedagogic and psychological). The participants of this reseach are 13 teachers at Publich Elementary School 237 Aletellue. The data were gathered using survey and dokumentasi, and then analysed through descriptive statistic with hypothesis testing using correlation and linear regression coefficient. The research reveals some key findings. The first finding shows that the supervision of principals shows a comparison of the competence of pedagogic teachers. This, seen from every activity of the teacher who is able to be effective in improving the competencies possessed. Helps develop science with innovation and creativity.
This study aims to analyze the implementation of integrated quality management of Islamic education at MAN 4, Bone Regency. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive design with a multidisciplinary approach, namely analyzing how integrated quality management of Islamic education is implemented. The several subjects in this study consisted of madrasa leaders, vice principals, educators, education staff, parents of students, and students. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out interactively using the Miles and Huberman method which included data collection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research found that MAN 4 Bone Regency has implemented integrated quality management which includes a focus on customers, total involvement, measurement, commitment, and continuous improvement. The implementation of integrated quality management of Islamic education at MAN 4 Bone Regency has been running with reference to national education standards that are adjusted to the achievement targets on the vision and mission to be achieved by MAN 4 Bone Regency.
This study aims to: Describe the implementation of idealized influence of headmaster in SMA Negeri 1 Barru, Barru Regency. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. With a phenomological approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed using data reduction methods, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. Testing the validity of the data through the credibility test, namely by using triangulation techniques (source, technique, and time) and member check. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of idealized influence of headmaster in SMA Negeri 1 Barru, Barru Regency, namely the involvement of teachers and staff in the field of meeting administration, giving ideas / opinions, forming a team of vision and mission formulation although not optimal teacher self-development because of the large number of teachers, optimal steps. Quality improvement through participatory and policy dissemination and the formation of activity implementers.
The Relationship between Teacher's Competence, School Culture and Teacher's Performance This article aims to prove the relationship between teacher's competence, school culture, and teacher's performance at State Senior High School 10 in Maros, South Sulawesi. This research is quantitative or research by using quantitative approach. The population in this study was 24 teachers and 351 students. The sample was determined by using disproportionate random sampling so that a sample of 77 people was obtained, consisting of 24 teachers taken in total and 53 students taken as many as 15% of the population. The data techniques used were questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis is performed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics through correlation tests. The results of this study prove that there is a positive relationship between teacher's competence, school culture, and teacher's performance at State Senior High School 10 in Maros. Thus, teacher's performance can be improved through the application of good competencies and the creation of a conducive school culture at schools.
