Trisik beach is one of potential tourism attraction in Banaran Village Kulonprogo, it has a lot of potential to be developed. Trisik beach offers several attractive tourism attractions such as beach, mangrove plants, turtle conservation, and agrotourism. Among its potential, agrotourism had a big chance to developed. Most of the community in Trisik beach village are actively involved and get the benefit from agriculture. The development of community based tourism requires the participation of local communities in the entire development phases starting from planning, implementation, and supervision. However, public participation is often completely overlooked. This study aims to analyzed development of tourism and formulate the model of community involvement in tourism development. The study is conducted in Trisik beach area, Banaran, Galur, Kulonprogo. The proces of collecting data through the study literature, in depth interview, and field observation. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis.

Abstrak Kampung Ketandan merupakan kawasan Pecinan dengan potensi wisata yang menarik untuk dikembangkan sebagai destinasi wisata budaya dan menarik kunjungan wisatawan. Pengembangan wisata yang kurang serta rendahnya tingkat kesadaran masyarkat terhadap potensi dan pengembangan wisata merupakan persoalan yang ada di kampung Ketandan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menganaliasa minat wisatawan untuk berkunjung di Kampung Ketandan, 2) mengetahui atraksi yang menjadi daya tarik bagi wisatawan untuk berkunjung di Kampung Ketandan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisa deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, kuisioner, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa minat kunjungan wisatawan ke Kampung Ketandan cukup tinggi, image Pecinan Jogja dan budaya Tionghoa menjadi daya tarik wisata yang menarik kunjungan wisatawanKeyword : Wisata Budaya, Destinasi, Wisatawan, Minat, Kampung KetandanAbstractKampung Ketandan is a chinatown area with cultural potenstials to be developed as marketable tourism product for tourist. The less optimally exploited potentials of Kampung Ketandan and lower community awareness in tourism development have been the main problem of Kampung Ketandan. This study aims to 1) analyze tourist intention to visit Kampung Ketandan, 2) to find out the main attraction that drive tourist visit in Kampung Ketandan. The methode used in the research is quantitative descriptive with analysed descriptive, and research data collecting by questineaire, observation, and interview. The results showed that tourist intention to visit Kampung Ketandan was quite high, the image of Yogyakarta's Chinatown and Chinese culture was the main tourism attraction that attracted tourist to visits. Keyword : Cultural  Tourism, Destination, Tourist, Intention, Kampung Ketandan
