The young generation is an essential element in a state life. The role of youth, as contained in Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 40 Year 2009 on Youth that says "youths play an active role as a moral force, social control, and agents of change in all aspects of national development". However, the reality of the situation is that there has been a moral degradation and the decreasing of cross-cultural leadership character in the younger generation. Political education as what Ansor PW GP of West Java implemented is one of many attempts to form a cross-cultural leadership character in young generation in order to create Pancasila political culture.Keywords: political education, cross-cultural leadership, Pancasila political culture, Ansor PW GP of West Java.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hambatan Organisi Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS) dalam penanaman nilai Pancasila di SMP Negeri 4 Klari. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Pembina OSIS, peserta didik pengurus OSIS dan Peserta didik bukan pengurus OSIS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hambatan dalam penanaman nilai nila Pancasila melalui kegiatan OSIS di SMP Negeri 4 Klari Kabupten Karawang yaitu, kendala-kendala yang sering dijumpai dalam penanaman nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kegiatan OSIS adalah masih ditemukan peserta didik yang kurang aktif dan tidak semua peserta didik ingin mengikuti kegiatan-kegiatan OSIS, terkadang ada salah satu peserta didik yang menyebar virus negatif dan mengajak teman-teman yang lain untuk tidak mengikuti kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut, Kurangnya kesadaran individu dalam melaksanakan ibadah sholat berjamaah, kurangnya menjaganya fasilitas dan kebersihan yang ada di lingkungan sekolah.
This article is motivated by researchers' anxiety in terms of decreasing the nation's character in high school students in Karawang Regency in order to face the challenges of the revolution industry 4.0. In the era of the revolution industry 4.0 where technology and information developed so fast, so that Pancasila and Civic Education as character education are needed in the school environment so that after students complete their education have a good character and able to engage with the global citizens in the era of revolution industry 4.0. The character emphasized in this article are hard work, discipline, and responsibility. This article aims to describe Pancasila and Civic Education in strengthening the national character of high school students in Karawang Regency in order to face the challenges of the industrial revolution 4.0. The approach used in this study is quantitative with survey and correlational methods. The process of collecting data uses surveys or questionnaires. Stages of data analysis include tabulation of research data, normality test, correlation test and hypothesis test. The results of the research found were significantly, Pancasila and Civic Education was able to strengthen the national character of high school students in Karawang Regency. Generally, character education is not only the responsibility of the school, but also the commitment of all levels of Indonesian society to help realize the character education itself. The recommendation of this article is that the school as an educational institution is able to provide support to the learning of Pancasila and Civic Education so that teachers and students are able to implement it optimally.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana bentuk kegiatan ekstrakurikuler paskibra yang dapat mengembangkan karakter disiplin siswa di SMK Texar Klari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru pembina, pelatih dan siswa anggota ekstrakurikuler paskibra. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat beberapa bentuk kegiatan diantranya yaitu latihan rutin peraturan baris-berbaris (PBB), melaksanakan apel masuk dan apel pulang sekolah, upacara bendera dengan latihan tata upacara bendera (TUB) yang baik dan benar, menjaga pintu gerbang sekolah untuk mengecek siswa yang datang terlambat. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa bentuk kegiatan ekstrakurikuler paskibra dapat menerapkan karakter disiplin siswa serta terbentuknya kedisiplinan siswa. Rekomendasi penelitian kepada sekolah sebagai pembuat kebijakan di harapkan untuk mengembangkan kedisiplinan siswa bukan hanya melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler saja, tetapi kegiatan lain harus di terapkan.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana solusi dari penanaman nilai Pancasila melalui organisasi siswa intra sekolah (OSIS) di SMP Negeri 4 Klari. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Pembina OSIS, peserta didik pengurus OSIS dan Peserta didik bukan pengurus OSIS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Anggota OSIS harus lebih aktif dan bisa melahirkan pemikiran-pemikiran kreatif dan inisiatif lagi mendorong kawan kawan dan para peserta didik agar mengikuti program kegiatan OSIS, buatlah acara semeriah mungkin contohnya ketika diadakanya acara Maulid Nabi SAW, Menumbuhkan kesadaran pada diri peserta didik adalah salah satu solusi agar kedisiplinan disekolah bisa lebih meningkat lagi, mengajak semua anggota OSIS untuk lebih bisa menghargai waktu dan harus mempunyai rasa tanggung jawab.
