One of the Public Senior High Schools in Malang has been implementing an inclusive education system since 2009. This School has been trying to serve children with special needs hitherto. In one of the inclusive schools in Malang city, the number of students with special needs (the academic year 2017-2018) is recorded in the school document of 9 students with special needs and 37 students with special services (have health problems). However, it is indicated that the learning process in class is not suitable for the type of student needs in the class. This study aims to investigate the learning process in these inclusive schools. The current research is explained in a descriptive qualitative method. As a result, schools do not make curriculum modifications that are compatible with inclusive education. This school only has one special guidance teacher, and only he has attended a training program in inclusive education. In addition, there are indications that the teacher's attitude toward students with special needs is negative. The indication can be seen from the teacher's efforts in implementing learning. The teacher still uses a classical learning system that is not modified. Thus, it is necessary to improve services for students' diversity in schools, increase the number of special tutors, include them in inclusive education training programs, and make curriculum modifications that are appropriate for students with special needs. The teacher is also indicated to have a negative attitude towards students with special needs in the classroom.
Bisnis minuman kopi di Café cukup menjanjikan di Kota Pontianak, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan menjamurnya minuman kopi di kafe-kafe. Minum kopi di Café memiliki keunikan tersendiri bagi para penggemarnya yaitu dapat membantu mahasiswa mengerjakan tugas secara individu maupun kelompok, mengerjakan pekerjaan kantor yang belum selesai, menjadi tempat diskusi, pertemuan bisnis bagi generasi milenial dan lain sebagainya. Salah satu Usaha Minuman Kopi yang mengalami terparah bahkan sempat tutup sementara akibat PPKM Covid-19 adalah Our Daily Stories (ODS). ODS dijadikan sebagai mitra dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini, dengan mengusung konsep Bisnis Minuman Kopi Rumahan. Strategi manajerial yang dibangun akan dilakukan oleh pengelola ODS, antara lain meningkatkan pelayanan kepada konsumen dengan memberikan pelayanan harga bagi calon konsumen secara berkelompok. Menawarkan produk minuman kopi dalam botol emas kepada pelanggan setia yang memiliki waktu terbatas untuk menikmati kopi di café.ODS. Menciptakan diversifikasi produk minuman yaitu Tamu Chocolate dan Strowbery Squash, dengan produk utamanya Kopi Eksbe, Espresso dan Amiricano, para pengelola Awaken ODS untuk tanggap terhadap setiap perubahan dan menyadari permasalahan yang dihadapi bisnisnya, sehingga selalu siap mengambil keputusan

The government as the main sector in industrial relations must act based on the provisions of legal products from the industrial relations sector so that the PPHI process can be realized in accordance with the expectations of all parties. In the context of maintaining industrial relations in Pasuruan, regulations in the form of Regional Regulation No. 22 of 2012 concerning the employment system has been created. It is hoped that through this research, an easy-to-understand resolution model that illustrates efforts to resolve industrial relations disputes in accordance with Regional Regulation No. 22 of 2012. And this research is expected to produce a model of industrial relations conflict resolution which is the development of the Marshall model by considering the history of conflict through a picture of the birth of a particular conflict
Abstrak: Pendidikan di pondok pesantren merupakan pendidikan berbasis agama, Pondok Pesantren Ngalah Purwosari Pasuruan merupakan Pesantren Berbasis Multikultural yang memiliki model pendidikan yang sangat banyak, diantaranya model pendidikan karakter. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui implementasi pendidikan karakter dengan metode kualitatif, menggunakan SEM dengan hasil bahwa Keterlibatan orangtua, dukungan teman sebaya, dan dukungan guru, baik secara simultan maupun parsial, berpengaruh positif terhadap religiusitas dalam model pendidikan karakter pada pesantren berbasis multikultural, ponpes Ngalah Purwosari, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Keterlibatan orangtua, dukungan teman sebaya, dukungan guru, dan religiusitas secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap pendidikan karakter dalam model pendidikan karakter pada pesantren berbasis multikultural, ponpes Ngalah Purwosari, Kabupaten Pasuruan. Akan tetapi, secara parsial dukungan guru terbukti tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendidikan karakter. Kata Kunci: Model Pendidikan Karakter, Pesantren, Multikultural. Abstract: Education in Islamic boarding schools is a religion-based education, Pondok Pesantren Ngalah Purwosari Pasuruan is a Multicultural-Based Islamic Boarding School which has very many educational models, so is the character education model. The purpose of this study discusses how to create characters using qualitative methods, using SEM with the results of research on how to support, support peers, and support teachers, both simultaneously and partially, positively support religiosity in the character education model of the boarding school based on multiculturalism, Islamic Boarding Schools Ngalah Purwosari, Pasuruan Regency. On the basis of assistance, peer support, teacher support, and simultaneous support support positive character education in the character education model of a multicultural-based boarding school, Ngalah Purwosari Islamic Boarding School, Pasuruan Regency. This developed cycloconverter circuit simulates grid connector circuit using two function generators, which substitute AC power. The first function generator was used to represent input wave from PLN with 50 Hz frequency. The other function generator was used to represent input wave from new generator with 10-90 Hz frequency. Such initial condition enabled us to control the frequency increase from 10Hz – 40Hz to 50Hz and decrease from 60Hz – 90Hz to 50Hz. This cycloconverter used trigger circuit to activate its electrical components. The trigger circuit contains trigger parts such as thyristor and MOSFET. All hardware components in this circuit were controlled by microcontroller ATMega 8535. This controller manages all trigger circuits that were needed by cycloconverter. The experiment result shows that the cycloconverter wasable to modify frequency and phase angle, so that it enabled the connection to the electrical grid.
