This research is aimed to identify the experiment of psychological training on football players to improve their performance. The method used in this research is experimental. This research participant is two football teams, namely Persigar and Porda Garut, consisting of 46 football players. The instrument in this research is Mental Skills Test-football (MST-f) and Evaluation Football Performance. The results revealed that the implementation of psychological training is affected, performance players. That means there is a significant relationship between psychology and football performance. The experimental group's psychological test results (Porda Garut) showed an average score of 3.75 points, those higher than the control group (Persigar Garut), which had an average score of 3.16 points. The experimental group's performance test (Porda Garut) had a higher increase of 73.11%, while the control group (Persigar Garut) experienced a lower growth of 15.54%. This research concludes that psychological training can be implemented in football training as well.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh model latihan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2 x 2 (ANAVA). Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMAN 4 Garut dengan populasi sebanyak 56 siswa. Instrumen yang sepakbola. Pengolahan data menggunakan program Statistical Product and Service Solition Uji Kolmogrov Smirnov, Uji Levane Test Independent Sample t Test,Uji ANAVA. Berdasarkan pengolahan dan analisis data diperoleh keterampilan sepakbola, tidak terdapat interaksi antara model latihan dengan kecerdasan emosional terhadap keterampilan sepakbola, tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang bola terhadap keterampilan sepakbola pada kelompok siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan sepakbola pada kelompok siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan emosional rendah, dan terdapat rendah terhadap keterampilan sepakbola. Kata Kunci : ABSTRACT models and emotional intelligence with the footbaal skills. The metod used in this study is an experiment with a factorial design 2x2 (ANAVA). The research was carried out in SMAN 4 Garut with a population of 56 students. The instruments used were the emosional intelligence test, physical conditional of footbaal test and footbaal skills test. Data processing used Kolmogorov Smirov Test, Test Levane Independent Sample t Test, and test of ANAVA. Based using a ball on football skill. Second there is on interaction among practice models, emocional of physical exercises between using a ball and without using a ball on football skills to a group of student who have high emotional intelligence and neither to a group of student between high and low in emotional intelligence of footbaal skill.
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan pembelajaran renang di MTs se-Kecamatan Leles, Garut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif yaitu dengan menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang dan perilaku yang dapat diamati. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Jumlah sampel adalah 90 siswa laki-laki dan perempuan dari 9 MTs Swasta di kecamatan Leles, Garut. Analisis menggunakan statistic STAT97, hasil keterlaksanaan pembelajaran renang secara keseluruhan di MTs se-Kecamatan Leles, Garut telah dilaksanakan sebesar 53.85%, dengan kategori cukup, diambil dari tiga faktor yang diteliti yaitu faktor perencanaan pembelajaran 60.96%, faktor keterlaksanaan pembelajaran 47.00%, dan faktor evaluasi pembelajaran 53.59% yang didasarkan pada hasil penghitungan persentase dari instrumen berupa kuesioner yang diisi oleh siswa.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Keterampilan Passing Siswa dengan menggunakan Papan Pantul pada Ekstrakurikuler Futsal di SMA Negeri 17 Garut. Metode yang digunakan pre-experiment one group pretest-posttest designe, dengan teknik tes instrument passing and stoping 30 detik Dermawan 2016. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik total sampling 12 orang, teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes awal, pelaksanaan program latihan, pelaksanaan latihan dan tes akhir. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan statistika dengan menggunakan SPSS 24. Hasil pengolahan data uji normalitas dapat disimpulkan bahwa data pretest dan posttest berdistribusi secara normal karena nilai p pretest (2,491)0,05 dan nilai p posttest (4,529)0,05, hasil pengolahan data uji homogenitas dapat dilihat nilai pretest-posttest sig. p 0,0470,05 sehingga data bersifat tidak homogen karena nilai p (0,047)0,05, dan hasil pengolahan data uji hipotesis atau uji-t dapat dilihat bahwa 1,545 dan 1,795 (df 11) dengan nilai p signifikansi 0,151. Oleh karena 1,545 1,795 dan nilai signifikansi 0,151 0,05 maka hasil menunjukan tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan. Dengan demikian hipotesis alternatif (Ho) yang berbunyi “terdapat pengaruh latihan menggunakan papan pantul terhadap keterampilan passing di ekstrakurikuler futsal SMAN 17 Garut”, ditolak. Artinya latihan passing menggunakan papan pantul tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan passing di ekstrakurikuler futsal SMAN 17 Garut. Dari data pretest memiliki rerata 13,75 selanjutnya pada saat posttest rerata mencapai 15,17. Besarnya peningkatan keterampilan passing tersebut dapat dilihat dari perbedaan nilai rata-rata yaitu sebesar 1,42 dengan kenaikan persentase sebesar 0,103%.
Goalkeepers have a very big role in the game of football. Attack and defense in football game starts from the goalkeeper. The Goalkeeper just has good concentration and speed to play football. According to observations made by researchers, the obstacles that exist in football goalkeepers are the ability to reaction speed and performance during match due to the lack of variation training method. Therefore, with the goalkeeping reaction training, it is expected to be able to train skills, especially reaction speed and performance when competing well which can support the quality of soccer goalkeepers. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect to reaction training on reaction speed and goalkeeper performance during matches. The research is an experimental study using the a pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were all 10 goalkeepers at the SSB Putra Bungbulang. The technique used to sample is a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis on the study are normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothetical test. Based on the result of the data analysis carried out, it was stated that there was a significant increase in reaction training on the performance of the goalkeeper at SSB Putra Bungbulang as evidenced by a significance value of Significant (2-tailed) 0,000<0,05.
