The increasing of the needs of food crops raised several issues related to land use. The problems of land used caused by the lack of information related to productivity and eligibility used of land. The goal of this research is to implementation a model of Grey forecasting GM(1,1) to forecast agricultural production, especially in food crops. GM(1,1) is used to built a model with limited data samples and generate good forecasts for short libertine forecasts. This research uses data from the production of food crops for the 2004-2013 it can be calculated by using the model of GM (1,1). The results showed the model GM (1,1) can produce highly accurate forecasts, from the experimental results for pattern trends generate value ARPE 5.74% or accuracy of forecasts reached 94.26% in crop production.
Kabupaten Tuban dengan luas lahan 183.994,56 ha berpotensi untuk mengembangkan usaha pertanian dibidang pangan, perkebunan dan tanaman hortikultura yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani serta meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas produksi yang akan mendorong kelancaran roda perekonomian. Peruntukan lahan pada sector pertanian seringkali bersaing dengan sektor lain seperti industry, pemukiman dan perdaganga. Meningkatnya kebutuhan lahan pertanian telah menimbulkan beberapa permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan pemanfaatan lahan. Hal tersebut disebabkan juga oleh kurangnya informasi yang berhubungan dengan produktifitas dan kelayakan penggunaan lahan tersebut. Dalam penelitian penelitian ini, akan dirancang suatu perangkat lunak yang dapat memberikan informasi pemetaan lahan pertanian di Kabupaten Tuban yang digunakan sebagai pengambilan informasi untuk analisa kebijakan bidang pertanian. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan teknologi Webgis yaitu Map Server khususnya paket MS4W dengan menggunakan framework pmapper yang bekerja pada system operasi windows. Kata kunci : Lahan pertanian, Webgis, Map Server, MS4W, Pmapper, Windows

E-Commerce merupakan situs paling diminati dalam transaksi jual beli secara online. Dalam E-Commerce sendiri telah memberikan dampak besar bagi pertumbuhan sosial dan ekonomi di masyarakat. Akan tetapi sistem E-Commerce tidak selalu menguntungkan bagi para pelaku UMKM itu sendiri, ada beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan penilaian kualitas UMKM menurun dari ketatnya daya saing. Banyak dari pihak konsumen yang mempertimbangkan dalam membeli produk dari banyaknya sistem E-Commerce yang ada. Untuk itu pada tujuan ini adalah menerapkan sistem pendukung keputusan dalam menentukan E-Commerce dengan menggunakan metode TOPSIS. Tentunya dalam menerapkan sistem pendukung keputusan perlu adanya kriteria – kriteria penilaian dan sejumlah alternatif yang akan digunakan sebagai acuan untuk menentukan E-Commerce bagi UMKM dengan perhitungan metode TOPSIS yang akan menghasilkan hasil akhir perolehan nilai dari setiap E-Commerce dalam bentuk perangkingan. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan pada 38 UMKM di Kabupaten Tuban telah didapatkan hasil E-Commerce Shopee sebesar 60.5%, Tokopedia 15.8%, Blibli 10.5%, Lazada 7.9% dan Bukalapak 5.3%. Data tersebut akan dikelompokkan dari setiap alternatif untuk mencari nilai rata – rata berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan dan dilakukan perhitungan menggunakan metode TOPSIS, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa E-Commerce yang banyak digunakan UMKM di area Kabupaten Tuban yaitu Shopee > Tokopedia > Bukalapak > Lazada > Blibli.
E-Commerce has had a major impact on social and economic growth in society. However, E-Commerce system is not always profitable for UMKM actors themselves, there are several factors that cause UMKM quality assessments to decline from tight competitiveness. Many consumers consider buying products from the many existing E-Commerce systems. For this reason, this goal is to implement a decision support system in determining E-Commerce using the TOPSIS method with AHP method. Of course, in implementing a decision support system, it is necessary to have assessment criteria and a number of alternatives that will be used as a reference to determine E-Commerce for UMKM by calculating the TOPSIS method which will produce the final result of the value of each E-Commerce in the form of ranking. From research conducted on 38 UMKM in Tuban Regency, the results of E-Commerce Shopee are 60.5%, Tokopedia 15.8%, Blibli 10.5%, Lazada 7.9% and Bukalapak 5.3%. The data will be grouped from each alternative to find the average value based on predetermined criteria and calculated using the TOPSIS method AHP method, it can be concluded that the E-Commerce that is widely used by UMKM in the Tuban Regency area is Shopee > Tokopedia > Bukalapak > Lazada > Blibli. while with AHP resulted in the order of Tokopedia > Shopee > Bukalapak > Blibli > Lazada.
