Industrial revolution produces the changes of mindset, work methods, and patterns of building harmonious relationships between community groups and organizations. The principal as the leader of the organization must be able to face the industrial revolution. Facing the industrial revolution can be done by applying neuroscience in the practice of leadership management education. The neuroscience application creates synergy and engagement with high added value. This study aims to determine the principal’s leadership in facing the industrial revolution by applying neuroscience. Research method using a two-stage approach: Qualitative and quantitative. The quantitative design uses the pre-test and post-test. The finding research is the principal applying neuroscience before knowing the theory showed a significant toward industrial revolution 4.0 where the experimental class t counted 15,649> from t table 2.037 in the control class pre-test and post-test that t count 5.131> from t table 2.040. This shows that it is important to apply neuroscience in order to realize good managerial demands according to the industrial revolution 4.0.
This study aims to explore the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in learning blended learning and hybrid learning. The learning process integrates traditional information technology supported by offline and online communication. Qualitative research methods, respondents are Islamic Religious Education teachers. Data collected by observation, interview, document study, analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and verification. The validity of the data triangulates. The findings show that only five Islamic religious education teachers redesigned Islamic religious education by: accessing learning material without having to be present in class. And there is no school at all that creates a special portal to provide online learning. It was concluded that Islamic religious education teachers have not played a role in redesigning learning to face the industrial revolution 4.0, and have not been able to create skills, cultivate our skills, meet people, and nurture relationships.
The contribution of redesigning the curriculum and teaching skills is done by designing and streamlining learning process to create reinforcement of educational character. The research problem formulation is: is there any relationship between redesigning curriculum and teaching skills together with strengthening the character of teachers in the State Islamic Senior High School (MAN) of Padangsidimpuan. The research methodology was quantitative with correlational types. Stratified proportional random sampling technique was used. The research instruments were questionnaires arranged according to the Likert scale. The results showed that the contribution of redesigning curriculum to strengthening educational characters was 18.3%, the contribution of teaching skills to the strengthening of educational characters was 15%, while the contribution of the two variables was 26.8%.
