This study examines the effect of Information Quality, Systems Quality and Service Quality on the user intention to reuse Employee Management Information System (SIMPEG) in University in the city of Surabaya, based on the theoretical foundation of DeLone and McLane Information Systems Success (ISS) Model. The distribution of questionnaire was conducted to 120 employees of different universities by means of stratified random sampling. The results showed that: (1) there is a significant positive effect of the System Quality on the Quality of Information, (2) there is a significant positive effect of the Information Quality on the Intention to Reuse, information related to the fulfillment of the user's needs; (3) there is a significant positive effect of the Quality of the Intention on system re-use, the system related to the fulfillment of the needs of users; (4) there is no effect of the Quality of Service to the Intention to Reuse. In the end, the results of this study provide an analysis and advice to The University officials that can be used as a consideration for Information Technology/Information System investment and development in accordance with the Success of Information System and Intention to Reuse model. <div style="text-align: justify;"><p><em>The emergence of several technical problems related to the availability of adequate functional features, led to the need for an analysis of the website performance of the UPT "Veteran" East Java Library, so that the website's performance was in line with user expectations. This research analyzes the website of the UPN "Veteran" East Java Library UPT website using the Webqual 4.0 method, aiming to find out the website indicators that need to be maintained and improved performance. The analysis is carried out referring to the Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality parameters, where each parameter consists of indicators. The sampling technique used is proportionate stratified random sampling, with website users as respondents. The method of data collection is in the form of distributing questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the Importance-Performance Analysis method. The results showed that the overall performance of the UPT "Veteran" East Java Library website was sufficient to meet user expectations. However, it was found several indicators that need to be improved by the website manager, namely: ease of understanding website navigation, attractiveness of Website appearance, and the availability of information on websites that are easy to understand.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> Performance; Importance-Performance Analysis; Usability; Information Quality; Service Interaction Quality</em></p><p align="center"><em> </em></p><p><strong>Abstrak.</strong> Munculnya beberapa permasalahan teknis yang berkaitan dengan ketersediaan operasi fitur-fitur fungsional secara memadai, menyebabkan perlunya dilakukan analisis kinerja <em>website </em>UPT Perpustakaan UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur, agar kinerja <em>website</em> sesuai harapan pengguna. Peneltian ini menganalisis website UPT Perpustakaan UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur menggunakan metode <em>Webqual</em> 4.0., bertujuan mengetahui indikator <em>website</em> yang perlu dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan kinerjanya. Analisis dilakukan mengacu pada parameter <em>Usability</em>, <em>Information Quality, </em>dan <em>Service Intteraction Quality, </em>dimana setiap parameter terdiri atas indikator. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah <em>proportionate stratified random sampling,</em> dengan responden pengguna <em>website</em>. Metode pengumpulan data berupa penyebaran kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode <em>Importance-Performance Analysis</em>. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara keseluruhan kinerja <em>website</em> UPT Perpustakaan UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur sudah cukup memenuhi harapan pengguna. Banjir adalah keadaan dimana suatu daratan tergenang oleh air dalam jumlah besar yang tidak sepenuhnya mampu diserap oleh tanah. Banjir merupakan permasalahan yang sering terjadi saat musim hujan di berbagai daerah Indonesia. Jalan yang banjir membuat kerugian bagi para pengendara yang melewatinya, misalnya seperti kerusakan mesin, bahkan hingga kecelakaan. Dibutuhkan aplikasi pelaporan jalan banjir yang memberikan informasi daerah banjir sehingga pengendara dapat menghindari jalanan banjir dan menempuh jalur yang lebih baik. Aplikasi Frostid merupakan aplikasi berbasis android yang bertujuan untuk pelaporan jalan banjir secara online yang berfokus pada peta navigasi berlalu-lintas dengan melibatkan partisipasi warga secara aktif (crowdsourcing). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat usability pada Aplikasi Frostid menggunakan analisa System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Frostid termasuk dalam range OK dengan hasil score 59.7. Hasil perhitungan kategori satu variabel dan dua variabel keduanya menunjukkan hasil perhitungan dengan range yang berada pada kategori OK dan Good.
YouTube as the world's largest video content service provider that can be accessed by various groups of people provides facilities to share videos easily widely to its consumers. With the development of YouTube as a social network site (SNSs), this study aims to identify the motivations of consumers who wish to participate in SNSs, as well as examine the effect of the relationship of facilities to intention to use through the perspective of Uses & Gratification (U & G). Data collection was carried out by distributing online questionnaires with non-probability sampling techniques to obtain empirical testing from the research model. The findings of identification of self-presentation (SP), passing time (PT), and information sharing (IS), Enjoyment (Enjoy), and media appeal (MA) are motives that support the condition of continuance intention (CI). The results of the study confirm that appeal gratification media and enjoyment of gratification as gratuities are needed by YouTube users to strengthen continuance intention.
