Arbitration of Talented Students System (ATSS) provides a simple interface for Arbitrator and students to add the talent and evaluate it. It can be used by educational institutes or colleges to evaluate the talented students easily. This methodology depends on ten criteria that are used by arbitrator to evaluate the talent to increasing productivity and efficiency, and also reduce the time and effort in arbitration talent. The proposed methodology allows talented students to follow his talent using a code which is generated automatically by the system. The administrator of the system can accept/reject the talent depending on arbitrator evaluation and his notes. This paper describes all the benefits of the system. It also gives idea about the complete development stages of the system and adapting of the system in the Shaqra University and its impact on the working by developing performance and supporting university in its orientation towards electronic administration.
The application of internet has grown in recent years. Due to this, there is an increase in the number of websites which creates diversity in the services. This leads the researchers to do more research in the quality of websites in order to set standards and models to maintain its quality. The main objective of these standards is to support the trust and speed which is the cornerstone which are the basis for using websites. Various statistics reports show that the sites of institutions and companies which applied the quality standards have achieved high rates in terms of the user satisfaction and the number of visitors. This study has incorporates the concept of website and electronic gates, its objectives, advantages, types and in addition to its quality and standards of e-websites. It also touched on previous studies conducted on website in the world, the Arab world and African peninsula and also in the Sudan in support of the development of Sudanese websites. The proposed models consist of important metrics to evaluate the application, quality of content, aesthetic aspects, multimedia, reputation and security etc. This paper also proposed an application for evaluating the quality of websites based. This model is applied on Sudanese websites such as governmental, educational, and commercial etc. The authors used the object oriented programing approach to build the proposed model using the PHP language with the combination of CSS and Java script.

In this paper, a novel framework that is designed and can be used at Shaqra University in order to determine the necessity of faculty members in this university is proposed. This web-based system could provide various information and details about the faculty members, their teaching hours, and also the information about majors in which the faculty members are teaching. The main objective of the proposed system is to decrease the cost and help the higher-level managers to make decisions and also to reduce the time and effort exerted to determine the needs of Shaqra University. The primary purpose of this work is to describe the benefits of the system. It highlights the problems and reasons for developing and adopting the policy. The idea about the proposed framework is explained by an analysis that uses an acceptance model to assure the adaptability of the proposed system in Shaqra University.
